In my case, the report was made with errors, promised to fix it, but I stopped contacting, I just stopped answering messages and phone calls, which is very unprofessional and irresponsible. Again, I simply did not receive the original documents from this company, because they promised to send them, but after three months there are still no documents. I would not recommend this company, because, unfortunately, it has an unfair approach to work and works in violation of the terms of the concluded contract. I wouldn't even put one star on it...
