Good Inn ranks on top among the few hostels I tried in the first week at Almaty. So, Ikept coming back here after that. Olga and Sergazy are super humble and helpful. Added bonus Olga's English is quite good Some other points: super clean. It gets cleaned everyday laundry can be done for some minor payment -the hall is big and beautiful (with an X box) the beds are quite spacious for a hostel location is prime and right opposite to Dostyk plaza (a huge mall). There are restaurants cafés, stores, parks all around. - there are a number of bathrooms and toilets. So, no need to wait in the morning.

A great place to stay. We rented a room. Everything is clean and cozy. Friendly staff, in the city center. You won't regret it. We really liked this hostel! I recommend it!!!

The hostel is great! New, clean, very cozy. In the common rooms, you can normally retire and relax. There are 3 so-called VIP rooms (separate rooms with their own shower and toilet). The kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Excellent location - one of the best in the city. The staff is as friendly and customer-oriented as possible. And due to the fact that the hostel is new and not yet promoted, there are not many people living there. I have been living here for 10 days now and I am happy with everything, as well as the rest of the guests from different parts of the world from Shanghai to California, with whom I communicated. Excellent quality-price ratio. Thanks to the owners and all the staff for the comfort and hospitality.
