I have booked a room that says private bathroom. Upon arrival, it turned out that she was not there, she was shared. This contradicts the information about the object on the booking. The hotel sent a message about this an hour before check-in, when I was on the plane and couldn't react or even cancel the reservation. The hotel deliberately misinforms customers. Now it is more difficult and more expensive for me to book other accommodations, because there is less choice. And I spent the money on a taxi to them. They work in such a way that a person has no choice but to move in with them. The madam at the counter replied to my "hello, I have a room reserved," "what are you..."
How is that even possible?
Nice place, clean, has everything you need. We stayed 3 nights, we liked it. Bottles of water were brought to the room every day and a set of tea and coffee was updated. Breakfast is in the form of a small buffet, there are fruits, vegetables, muesli, scrambled eggs / omelet, side dish and salad, a sandwich set of cheeses and sausages. In general, it is satisfying, delicious, no complaints.
Nice staff. There is Wi-fi, not always fast, but enough.
The reception is open around the clock, but a person can step away and close the front door to the hotel. From the inside, this is solved simply — a bell on the counter. We probably need to call outside, but we were lucky, we didn't have to wait long. If there is a night entry / exit, it is safer to warn. But they should not leave for a long time.
