I had a really fantastic experience here! Zhenia helped us and she was very kind - she was patient and helped me make a beautiful plate! I would highly recommend. I’ll come back for sure!
We were at this pottery workshop with our family yesterday, we wanted to have a good time and have fun. But instead they strained more and left with an unpleasant aftertaste.
There were two masters in the studio, one girl was very pleasant, caring, attentive - Karina, the second (she did not introduce herself, but I will attach her photo to the review) a girl with a snake tattoo on her arm - irritated, sharp, absolutely not friendly.
The girl with the snake behaved passively aggressively throughout the entire time. I repeated it every 10 minutes: "you only have 1.5 hours of time!", "Time!", "Karina, how much time is there left?"
There was a feeling that the person quickly wants us to finish and leave. It was very annoying, at some point I just wanted to leave.
There is very little time on the mk in general - 1.5 hours, for beginners. So also when you are being pushed every 10 minutes - there is no pleasure and the feeling that you have wasted your money.
The girl with the tattoo reacted very irritably to any question, especially when she explained to our 9-year-old child.
Another very unpleasant moment. The girl with the tattoo smelled very strongly of sweat, and she also had a strong stench from her mouth. And she explained it at the very beginning on the potter's wheel. Both my husband and I noticed this. To put it mildly, it was disgusting.
For the last 30 minutes, we were finishing the exercises at the table with Karina, and it was already good. But the first hour ruined the whole impression.
I want to draw the attention of the studio owners to a girl with a tattoo on her arm. You just lose customers because of such employees. It is because of her that we will not come back to you anymore, although we could.
We visited mk 24.03, my number ends at 3025. You can contact me, I will give even more detailed feedback on this employee.
Everything was cool. I've been wanting to go for a long time. Working with clay is very soothing. Thanks to the masters Karina and Nastya, it was interesting. I would also love to work on a potter's wheel. I'll come again ❤
