After that, two weeks later, the boiler went out. I then figured out that it was necessary to pull out the burner, after unscrewing it, rinse it. So of these two, one did it and then worked properly. NO ONE HAS DONE THIS BEFORE.!!! THAT is, it did not unscrew or rinse. This time I paid for the diagnostics, which entitles me to a 3-year operating permit, so the boiler has expired. As a result, I gave away about more than 90 rubles. Starting with the first one, who took the money and did nothing, gave the second one, who was in a hurry, and this is most of it. But while this master was performing maintenance on the boiler , he allowed himself an impermissible tone . The second one who watched my gas stove is no better than the first one. The behavior is boorish. It's for my money. And when they came out, this younger one, who was making the boiler, told me that this was because I told them to turn on the watch. Пришлось с ними столкнуться, не могут, а скорее не ХОТЯТ объяснять клиентам тонкости своей организации. Неужели нельзя людям наглядно показать на месте разницу между "гибким металлическим газопроводом" и "шлангом". Мне пришлось для этого ехать в специализированный магазин)))
Два раза была на приеме у директора Ленинского Игоря Анатольевича, конкретно к моей проблеме отнёсся с пониманием и помог.Также хочу отметить участие в решении вопроса начальника расчётной группы Коника Андрея Юрьевича,если не ошиблась с отчеством.Перезвонил мне лично и уточнил,с каким вопросом я записалась на прием.Отнесся не равнодушно и помог советом.Из минусов-приема нужно ждать,но этот вопрос от руководителя не зависит,люди к нему идут потоком.Если брать расчетную группу,то тут как повезёт,бывает и очередь,а например в понедельник вечером абсолютно свободно.Попадала к разным операторам,никто мне ни разу не хамил и надеюсь это не исключение.так что пока пять звёзд и надеюсь менять отзыв не придется.

Вообще крутое место, есть бесплатные маски, вода попить, выставлены их приборы, есть детская зона с планшетом размером с обеденный стол. Высокотехнологичное сенсорные компы, где можно посмотреть инструктаж. Возле каждого специалиста планшетник, чтобы оценить их работу. Электронная очередь. Большие информационные сенсорные табло. После посещения этого места остался под большим впечатлением. В туалете так же есть все, что нужно и даже для инвалидов. Мягкая мебель. Я половины такого нигде не видел, не ожидал что меня удивил гомельоблгаз, не хотел уходить, остался ещё исследовать это место.

Обратилась с такой проблемой как переподкючить плиту на варочную ,и была удивлена что ко мне постарались приехать даже раньше заплонированной даты. Вежливый персонал когда только не обращалась. Ставлю 5 звёзд!!
хорошо когда бабосов немеряно, да ещё и чужие. На чужие и на халяву можно пошиковать. Так и здесь. Надо же как то выежиться перед вышестоящим руководством. Сделать грамотную показуху, музей. Не хватает золотых унитазов. Типо для вас люди, наслаждайтесь. А что людям это нужно? Сомневаюсь. Они с удовольствием не ходили бы сюда от слова совсем, а просто сидя у себя дома зашли в автоматизированную базу данных сего предприятия и удалённо решили все вопросы. Но , судя по тому, что Горгаз проиграл дело по автоматизации ИБД, а денег было вбухано немало, нужно было чем то оправдаться. Гениально. Браво. Запомните люди, все работники-просто исполнители, деньги собирают наши и обязаны!!! быть вежливыми и тактичными. На рассмотрение.
Начитавшись негативных отзывов, была готова к мелким пакостям. Но посещение этой организации оставило приятное впечатление. Качественное, грамотное,а, главное, быстрое обслуживание и очень вежливые сотрудники.
Обслуживание очень качественное, персонал очень добрый и отзывчивый, страеиься делать всё ради клиентов и идёт им навстречу, ждать приходиться не очень долго потому что персонал очень ответственный.
99% газовых счётчиков после проверки Гомельоблгаз вдруг оказались не исправными. И самое главное они не подлежат ремонту. Мне нужно купить новый за свой счёт. Но вот беда такой счётчик не выпускается в Беларусии завод изготовитель видать отдыхает. По этому купите другой а мы приедем и переварим вам а то что у меня встраиваемая техника. Всем плевать.
Дозвониться нереально. Пока найдешь нужный номер сума сойдешь. Отношение к людям пренебрезительное. А платеж на день раньше пеню ставят. Если можно было поставить 0 звёзд я бы поставила.
Оформляем подключение газа, нас пугали будет очень долго… и все такое, а оказалось все быстро, оперативно, пришли нам все объяснили на пальцах, расписали , что зачем… 3 недели и уже мы с проектом на газ!
Невозможно дозвониться ни по одному номеру. Звоню ежедневно уже более недели. Зима на носу, а газ никак не подключат. Придется , видимо, лично записаться на прием к начальнику.
Очень грубые в диалоге, не ответственные. Нужно счетчик сдать на поверку, сами мне писали и звонили. Я позвонила ,Назначили время и день, я прождала день, днем в 15:00 позвонила,мне нагрубили, мол что вы хотите, сидите и ждите, с 14 до 19. Я прождала, он позвонил в 19; 05. Сказал буду в 20 или20:30. Я сказала хорошо, но он так и не пришел. А утром в дверях увидела бумажку, был Горгаз и все. Наглые и грубые, неответственные.
