I came in June, the master did not find any damage to the boiler, handed over the contract for payment, made the payment, it was time to turn on the boiler because September and the nights are cold, as a result, they conjured near the boiler trying to turn on the heating, the boiler does not turn on, apparently something with automation, called to call the master, the operator offered a call to October 2nd!!!(At the same time, she said that the t/o warranty is 2 weeks and this call will already be paid because the warranty period has expired! But I'm sorry, before the arrival of this master wizard, the boiler was working properly!!) And before October 2, should I turn on the heater with my child? All payments are paid on time, there are no arrears! when there is no payment for utilities, debt and penalties grow, and no one is responsible for poor-quality service Where should I file a complaint?

The technicians came to produce the service. Including a gas stove . They asked: Should we turn on the watch? It's such a recording device. I said, turn it on, because before that I had done it 3 times and did not finish it. The first time did not come at all, as promised. The second one came as on his own, said that they would have problems if I complained. But he was in a hurry and his work was not enough for a long time, the boiler went out. And by the way, before the first one that didn't come, there was one. Is it working? Yes, I replied. We have a schedule, 30 minutes per client. In short, he took the money and left. After that, two weeks later, the boiler went out. I then figured out that it was necessary to pull out the burner, after unscrewing it, rinse it. So of these two, one did it and then worked properly. NO ONE HAS DONE THIS BEFORE.!!! THAT is, it did not unscrew or rinse. This time I paid for the diagnostics, which entitles me to a 3-year operating permit, so the boiler has expired. As a result, I gave away about more than 90 rubles. Starting with the first one, who took the money and did nothing, gave the second one, who was in a hurry, and this is most of it. But while this master was performing maintenance on the boiler , he allowed himself an impermissible tone . The second one who watched my gas stove is no better than the first one. The behavior is boorish. It's for my money. And when they came out, this younger one, who was making the boiler, told me that this was because I told them to turn on the watch. In a good way , it was necessary to throw it right by the scruff of the neck.

Result: penalty for unauthorized shutdown! Three people have arrived, one is working, two are watching. Stupidly plugged a hole in the pipe with a piece of paper (my faucet is still closed and holding), cut off 10 cm with a grinder and screwed the counter. It took 20 minutes. I came to pay and paid at the checkout without reading it. They gave me the estimate and the receipt. And the estimate includes electrodes and 40 liters of gas, welding work and a wild list of materials!!! People, ask for this estimate first, read it and only then pay! Pure deception! The maximum that they used for me was a grinder, an old disk and tow. And I paid 250 rubles.
