I have something to compare with, in the last polyclinic in the 9th branch, rudeness is very common, I was sent to work with pneumonia from the hospital, I will never get through to the registry, the only normal doctor who I came across in 4 years of service there is a neurologist

Polyclinic is just terrible!!! I can't find any other words. Queues are just a nightmare, what century we live in! The time for hospital appointments is from 15:00 to 16:00 and at this time the doctor sees patients for 15 minutes, and there are more than 10 people in the queue... and then the most interesting thing begins - the doctor calls people by their last names. And even if you came-you came first - it does not mean that you will be the first to enter. I don't care that besides the hospital, there are other plans, even just to come home and be treated! No, you need to sit in line, skip everyone, infect and then go to a doctor's appointment only. Put things in order, it's unbearable! Enter the elector queue and let the doctor not deal with arbitrariness and personal matters during the appointment! This polyclinic is not even worthy of 1 star! It's just awful! I hope that there are good doctors in it who really help, and do not create an appearance!!!! Stay human first, not gods!!!!!
