Feed the riot police army to beat the children? No problem! Doctors to treat people? No, I haven't heard!
I came to the clinic, sat in line for 3 hours (I thought I would stay there), for 3 hours in the same room, patients and non-patients breathe on each other! It may cost someone their life, but doctors don't care! As a result, I told the doctor the temperature was 38.5, it breaks everything, it stings, cough, and she gave me SARS, you'll come in 3 days! I went and took the paid crown test.
Maybe today doctors no longer take an oath, I know that I will no longer argue about the fact that Google knows and cares about you more than doctors
Everything is terrible. 21st century there is nothing in the yard. There is no electronic queue, everyone goes like savages climbing without a queue. Each one is cunningly made. Repair of the savdep it is visible that the money is going past the repair. In short, an ordinary Soviet collective farm. Well, all the experienced doctors left, and the students remained. So to speak, it's easier to discard skates than someone will cure you.
Disgusting!!! In the fall, I ordered a card statement by phone, they said it would be ready in 5 days. days. I came at the end of the 7th - 2 h 45 min. I went from the reception to the pre-hospital. Nothing was ready, and the card could not be delivered in any way. Not so long ago I came to the "red zone" with increased t, spent more than 3 hours, the doctor listened more or less, but mostly talked to someone on the phone. At the next appointment, she was already just sitting "with her eyes" on the phone and was surprised that I was taking tests when I asked about the results of the tests that she had prescribed. Thank you m/s- I focused on the analysis issues. I can't say anything - they weren't rude, they just "don't care", but I'm the same medical worker, and for what "-----" this doctor gets money for working in the "red zone"
For an hour and a half, we have been trying to get through to the polyclinic, from two phones, to call a doctor at home. Or at least get to the registry and clarify how to call a doctor at all. This is ridiculous. I dial-busy-reset-dial again- busy again... and so on from 7 a.m. My husband has a temperature of 38.9
The clinic is just a mess.I took a picture, there is no result anywhere for more than a week, eventually they asked me if I did it exactly...How can this be? A circus, not a clinic!
That's how it happened to pass the Commission, the whole challenge begins with the registry, in which not only are outpatient cards lost, but you also need to reach the employee of the registry through nervous silence to ask if there is a particular doctor. 0.1 of the registry's 3 working windows
I will not wish anyone to do an X-ray here, even for a fee, even for free-for a very long time, the schedule is not convenient. But I am delighted with the therapist!
There is no organization. Cards are lost or not brought on time when making an appointment, you have to go from arach to the registrar yourself, the queues are wild.
From the bottom of my heart, I would like to express my gratitude to the doctor of the Kostechko clinic A.A. and the nurse Gerasimenko Elena for their professionalism, warmth of heart, and selfless and noble work in our dangerous time of the pandemic. They are attentive, kind and wonderful people. I sincerely want to say a huge thank you for their hard work, kindness and care for their patients. Sincerely, Bazhenov I.N.
This is the worst clinic I've ever been served in. The cards are being lost. I came to collect the documents for the operation: we lost the vaccinations, an appointment with the therapist for more than a week, the therapist did not specify that the appointment should be taken from the surgeon, because of this I lost a lot more time, I asked at the reception desk for a few days about an additional ticket to the doctor, they said to come by 14. I came earlier. I took it and said, "and the doctor has been working since 16," okay. I sat on the street (because there was no point in going back to the shg), I returned. It turns out the doctor was actually with 15. 😡. As a result, they were not allowed to enter until 17, because they invited those who were registered and sick, and of course no one clarified this either. I went to the head. to solve this problem and...I was sent right away. They came to their senses later.
The queue at the reception is a separate song, despite the fact that the window "doctor's call at home" is next to it. Why is he here? Do you make an additional window to unload the queue and not stand for a long time next to sick people? And grandmothers with crutches? They barely stand like that, so they also have to stand for 30 minutes in such a place.
If there is a hell on earth, then it is in the 9th branch
Very polite staff, polite girls are finally working at the reception, for the first time in 10 years they find my card (and do not get an insert), it is clear that order and discipline are on the level.
There is only one number on the site that cannot be reached. No one is answering the phone at the reception desk 299295. I've been trying to get through for a long time. In general, it is impossible to contact this clinic!
I rate this clinic like most visitors. Unfortunately, the opinion is more negative than positive. General practitioners, unfortunately, for the most part about nothing. Do not say that it is difficult for them, that a doctor is a noble profession. We know they have, but no one has canceled the Hippocratic oath yet. Of all the district doctors, I can only mention Kostechko AA with a good word, there are attentive doctors in the ECG room and that's it... Queues at any window, at any office doors. Why not organize an electronic queue? It solves the most important problem: it does not raise the nerves of patients. Today I discovered America for myself: in order to get a prescription for a medicine that I take on a regular basis, it is not necessary to go to my local doctor. Thanks to the receptionist who guided me. In a word: the polyclinic is not without kind people, but it specifically noted someone above.
Be healthy and don't get sick!
P.S. Now it's time to edit your own review!!! I have just returned from the pharmacy, where I came with a prescription that was prescribed to me by the doctor's "assistant". God forbid that she would become a full-fledged doctor. So much money, and writing the correct name of the drug in the prescription is an impossible task for her!!! When I took the prescription, there was an attempt to read the unreadable, the "assistant" convinced me that one-on-one, as prescribed by the cardiologist (at the cardiocenter). And now in the Planet of Health they are trying to sell me another drug!!! Fortunately, this pharmacy chain has its own database, in which I am included as a participant in the Therapy program!!! And indeed, the cardiologist prescribes one drug, and "... profanity ..." the assistant prescribes a completely different one!!!!
The remaining star is dedicated to the very few doctors I mentioned earlier.
Therapists change very often. Those who can really help people quit very quickly. I try to visit this institution as little as possible in order to preserve my nervous system!!
I called the doctor a day ago, I'm lying with a fever, everything is on the side. I'm waiting for the doctor for the second day, my condition is terrible. I wonder when the doctor will deign to reach the patient?????
Doctors are irresponsible, you can generally keep quiet about staff maintenance!!! Calling a doctor at home is generally useless when they have to undergo an examination, they are sitting on a mobile phone!!!! They are forced to walk with a temperature, and stand in a queue.
I removed lipomas in this clinic from a surgeon, T.M. Prikhodko, everything went great, thanks to her and her assistant. Many complain about the time in the queue and the loss of cards, I have not encountered this.
It's a terrible clinic. There are not enough doctors. Pregnant women should be monitored by doctors serving patients with signs of ORI. For the management of the polyclinic, this is the norm 🤷♀️Despite the epidisituation.
It's a pity there are no ratings below one, I really want to put a negative rating.
There are terrible queues at the clinic, the reception staff can't cope (or is absent), doctors are not interested in your health, but they are very interested in you passing the tests they need for reporting.
If it is possible to transfer to another clinic, be sure to do so.
The clinic is old. There are not enough medical staff. An ophthalmologist is not required by the state. To pass a medical examination, you have to quarrel with some doctors. In general, it seems as if this clinic was stuck in the 70s.
I am registered in this clinic, and I regret it very much, because they almost brought me to tears, I did a blood test for the medical board, and it showed hepatitis c, I had to be resuscitated and it turned out to be a mistake
The worst polyclinic in Gomel is 100%. I've been writing a review sitting in line for 3 hours now. And this is by appointment! Nobody cares about anything. An excellent example of Belarusian free medicine

The diagnosis was made based on the picture - pneumothorax. They were sent to the hospital. According to the picture taken at the hospital, the diagnosis was not confirmed!
Where do you buy diplomas???
The registry staff does not have information about the location of the cards outside the registry.
It takes a long time to search for medical cards.
I suggest registering the movement of cards via a PC.
A negative opinion about the clinic. The work of the medical staff has not been set.The optometrist generally makes a "square" diagnosis! I have to explain to her why my eyesight may drop (due to work, stress) What can be corrected. And a doctor is an age-related thing! That's it!!! GLASSES!!!THE UNDERACHIEVERS!!!!!
