I was at the clinic with a neurologist at Kosarev 220kab. 09.09.24, we came a little earlier. At 12.02 pm, I knocked on the office to ask if they could accept, because there was no one else but us, I didn't have time to say half a word, as I was kicked out screaming, and they also added that they turn on the computer. Although their working day started at 12.00 and they came earlier, and I was with babies in my arms, standing spat on with tears. Both the nurse and the doctor are very rude, such people should not be allowed to work with children. And this is not the first time they have attacked people, even teenagers, yelling at the top of their lungs and being rude to children. It's just terrible. I ask the administration to consider my feedback and take appropriate measures. I will leave the same review for Minsk healthcare, let them know their heroes.

Queues are like in all polyclinics of the city. The condition of the offices and corridors leaves much to be desired, but the budget is the budget. The staff is good, from the nurses to the deputy chief physician. Many thanks to them for working in such conditions and preserving humanity and patience and doing the best they can.

Были с ребёнком на узи сердца и на приёме у невролога. У меня остались только приятные воспоминания, врачи вежливые и любящие свое дело. На узи ребёнок стал волноваться, а врач начала с ним разговаривать, рассказывать ему истории смешные - и страх как рукой сняло. Невролог , в отличие от большинства специалистов данного профиля, к которым мы попадали, была мегапозитивно настроена, поговорила со мной, внимательно осмотрела ребенка, с интересом пообщалась с ним. Пусть все специалисты будут такими небезразличными и высококвалифицированными!!
