One star is only for good doctors. THE RECEPTION DESK IS SOME KIND OF CIRCUS. You go to the window and no one even gets up from the armchair in the far corner and they shout from there, and then they get angry that we don't hear anything. Getting through there is something out of the category of fiction, it is almost impossible, if you get through, they will send you to an appointment or three letters. Having failed to get through to call a doctor, they came (fortunately not far) to ask for a personal call to the address, to which they heard a lot of indignation that they had not come at the time of their pediatrician's appointment, saying that they had arrived at the wrong time, to which we replied that the temperature had only dropped. The regestatura said , !Attention! That the child is fooling around, that the temperature was and he feels bad now, that he should come during the temperature, and not when it dropped. THE CONCLUSION IS BOMBASTIC! They sent me to an appointment where there are more people in line than at the bazaar. They left because the child was sick and he would not have sat there . We got rude laughs that we come to the clinic too often... and that a child with a weak immune system and he really often gets sick , they can 't even imagine such a thing . How do you like that?

Cons: it is unpleasant to call the registry, sometimes they ask boorishly on the phone "what do you have?"as if they are authorized to decide whether my child needs a doctor. If the child does not have a temperature, I have to ask the registrar to make an appointment for a doctor's call. Sometimes a child has vomiting or a very strong dry cough and it is impractical to keep the child sitting under the office for two hours, but there is one answer in the registry: "there is no temperature-come to the reception." I am the mother of the child to blame for any of my verbal remarks. Indeed, it is easier to blame someone than to try to change something.
