I was at the clinic with a neurologist at Kosarev 220kab. 09.09.24, we came a little earlier. At 12.02 pm, I knocked on the office to ask if they could accept, because there was no one else but us, I didn't have time to say half a word, as I was kicked out screaming, and they also added that they turn on the computer. Although their working day started at 12.00 and they came earlier, and I was with babies in my arms, standing spat on with tears. Both the nurse and the doctor are very rude, such people should not be allowed to work with children. And this is not the first time they have attacked people, even teenagers, yelling at the top of their lungs and being rude to children. It's just terrible. One star is only for good doctors. THE RECEPTION DESK IS SOME KIND OF CIRCUS. You go to the window and no one even gets up from the armchair in the far corner and they shout from there, and then they get angry that we don't hear anything. Getting through there is something out of the category of fiction, it is almost impossible, if you get through, they will send you to an appointment or three letters. Having failed to get through to call a doctor, they came (fortunately not far) to ask for a personal call to the address, to which they heard a lot of indignation that they had not come at the time of their pediatrician's appointment, saying that they had arrived at the wrong time, to which we replied that the temperature had only dropped. The regestatura said , !Attention! That the child is fooling around, that the temperature was and he feels bad now, that he should come during the temperature, and not when it dropped. THE CONCLUSION IS BOMBASTIC! They sent me to an appointment where there are more people in line than at the bazaar. They left because the child was sick and he would not have sat there . We got rude laughs that we come to the clinic too often... and that a child with a weak immune system and he really often gets sick , they can 't even imagine such a thing . How do you like that?
