In January 2025, my dad went to the hepatology department under the supervision of the head of the department, V.M. Mayorov. He was given a drain to drain water from the abdominal cavity. The drainage was defective. All night long, my dad, an elderly sick man, lay in a puddle of water leaking from the drain. NAKED AND COLD! And no one came to him to ease his torture. I want to share a visit to ophthalmology on the 4th floor of the office where they undergo examination after laser correction. Shock!!! That's an understatement. The doctor (that is, the king)- the man gave me a verdict without further ado.... "What do you want? You're old! That will be 27.99 rubles. for consultation." Of course, I may be exaggerating, but it was said in exactly the same tone that does not even require objections. I addressed the problem after laser correction in 2016, there is no sharpness, especially in the morning. I decided to somehow reassure myself that everything was not so bad and naturally went to the place where I had the operation. My advice....look for a specialist in a private organization-they will at least listen to you for this money. And here there are even no recommendations and statements! Upon admission to the ENT department and registration of referrals in the admission department, I had to wander through numerous corridors and passages from building to building. And absolutely all the hospital staff I contacted patiently and in detail told me how and which way to go.
There is a coffee-tea machine in the lobby of the reception department, which accepts small change, does not give out change. And I didn't have enough change. When I went to the buffet with a request to change the bills, the seller sighed (I am a seller myself and there is a constant tense situation with small change), but she helped me out.
In the pharmacy, which is located right at the main entrance, you can buy the necessary hygiene products and medicines. Prices are lower than citywide.
The wards in the ENT department are 2 and 4-bedded. I got a 2-seater. Washbasin and mirror in the room, bedside tables. A plastic window with a mosquito net. On days when the heat was above 30 degrees, through ventilation saved.
But the hospital's greatest value is the people who save our lives.

As it turned out later, the quality is also very modest. I'm standing under the ultrasound rooms. 8.30 - there is no reception. Then the patients of the departments went. As a result, I sat for 1.5 hours under the door and no one cares about paid patients. As a result, the young specialist did an ultrasound scan and found nothing. Although before that, both stones and a polyp had been seen in the city polyclinic for several years. Well, that's how it is paid medicine in the State Security Service.
I've been lying down twice and I don't understand at all how there can be one shower cabin in the emergency room in the 21st century. People from departments have to go to the emergency room to wash according to the schedule. According to the staff, 7 minutes per person!!! If you need to wash your hair, then you automatically do not fit into this limit and receive a remark from the staff of the emergency room. And all your subsequent visits will remind you that you need to meet in 7 minutes. They feed sooooo modestly. Breakfast was very memorable: buckwheat porridge on water without salt and sugar, a piece of unsweetened cottage cheese and unsweetened tea.

The tents have a refrigerator, cleaning twice a day. However, there is one toilet for the entire wing, and it is not always clean. There is no bidet for feminine hygiene.
The food is good. The hospital is located in a wooded area, you can go out and take a walk. There are several stalls nearby, you can buy everything you need. There is a buffet. They bring salads, meat products, fruits, a shelf, buns.. However, everything is quickly sorted out. Overall, the hospital stay is quite comfortable.
