In January 2025, my dad went to the hepatology department under the supervision of the head of the department, V.M. Mayorov. He was given a drain to drain water from the abdominal cavity. The drainage was defective. All night long, my dad, an elderly sick man, lay in a puddle of water leaking from the drain. NAKED AND COLD! And no one came to him to ease his torture. And only my mom went in the morning and changed his clothes.
Further..V.I. Majorov, who admitted my father to the department, decided that he could go home and continue to flush the water there, and not in the hospital under his control. So he drove him back and forth for about 2 weeks (from hospital to hospital). But the doctor couldn't help but know that it was very dangerous! My father had 2 liters of water leaking out of the drain every day!
He couldn't help but know that it would all end badly for the patient's life!
That's exactly what happened: my father's blood pressure dropped a lot in the last few days, his STL collapsed, he could hardly walk, then he got sick and- DEATH!!!
And the doctor Majorov dade did not bother to ask where his patient with drainage in his stomach had gone!
My dad died without receiving qualified help from V.M. Mayorov.
Our whole family is outraged and shocked by such a negligent, indifferent attitude towards a sick person!

A good hospital, qualified staff (surgical department), renovated, a good buffet with an abundance of food and ready meals. There is a pharmacy. But the food in the dining room is lame, it is not possible to eat in one shift, it is delicious in another shift, which makes you want more... In general, my problem was solved and discharged, so I have no complaints.

There are 2 local and 4 local wards. Meals 4 times. There is a refrigerator. Downstairs there is a coffee machine and a pharmacy, a buffet, an elevator.

I want to share a visit to ophthalmology on the 4th floor of the office where they undergo examination after laser correction. Shock!!! That's an understatement. The doctor (that is, the king)- the man gave me a verdict without further ado.... "What do you want? You're old! That will be 27.99 rubles. for consultation." Of course, I may be exaggerating, but it was said in exactly the same tone that does not even require objections. I addressed the problem after laser correction in 2016, there is no sharpness, especially in the morning. I decided to somehow reassure myself that everything was not so bad and naturally went to the place where I had the operation. My advice....look for a specialist in a private organization-they will at least listen to you for this money. And here there are even no recommendations and statements! Doctor, go to a training course to communicate with ordinary mortals. And I'm only 47.

Retinal detachment occurred. I have already been lying 2 times in the eye microsurgery department 2, where I was repaired.Despite the abundance of "aged" patients, the staff is very patient, attentive and polite. The wards, the toilet are clean, cleaning is regular, the junior staff is very friendly. The doctors are wonderful. I was in the hospital from 22.08 to 28.08. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hospital premises! Despite the fact that the buildings are old, it is clear that repairs have been made everywhere.
Upon admission to the ENT department and registration of referrals in the admission department, I had to wander through numerous corridors and passages from building to building. And absolutely all the hospital staff I contacted patiently and in detail told me how and which way to go.
There is a coffee-tea machine in the lobby of the reception department, which accepts small change, does not give out change. And I didn't have enough change. When I went to the buffet with a request to change the bills, the seller sighed (I am a seller myself and there is a constant tense situation with small change), but she helped me out.
In the pharmacy, which is located right at the main entrance, you can buy the necessary hygiene products and medicines. Prices are lower than citywide.
The wards in the ENT department are 2 and 4-bedded. I got a 2-seater. Washbasin and mirror in the room, bedside tables. A plastic window with a mosquito net. On days when the heat was above 30 degrees, through ventilation saved.
But the hospital's greatest value is the people who save our lives.
I was lucky enough to be operated on by the head of the ENT department, Kolesnik Tatyana Ivanovna - a doctor by vocation, a Surgeon from God, a true Professional in her field, a beautiful woman (always well-groomed and in heels) with an excellent sense of humor. I can't stop admiring her! A low bow to her for her "golden hands". I hope that all her student interns, to whom she passes on her experience, take their chance.
I would also like to express my gratitude for the kind and attentive attitude of all the girls - nurses, nurses, the sister-mistress of the department, the workers of the canteen, as well as the anesthesiologist. All these people love the work they do. Patients feel it.

I've been lying down twice and I don't understand at all how there can be one shower cabin in the emergency room in the 21st century. People from departments have to go to the emergency room to wash according to the schedule. According to the staff, 7 minutes per person!!! If you need to wash your hair, then you automatically do not fit into this limit and receive a remark from the staff of the emergency room. And all your subsequent visits will remind you that you need to meet in 7 minutes. They feed sooooo modestly. Breakfast was very memorable: buckwheat porridge on water without salt and sugar, a piece of unsweetened cottage cheese and unsweetened tea.
Doctors do not comment on anything for health reasons. I have to figure it out myself.... My grandmother was put in a wheelchair in the ward. At first, I had to help put on diapers, because I couldn't get through to the orderlies (It's creepy

This hospital has the best ophthalmological care in the country. The head of the 2nd department, V. V. Galushkin, is just a wizard. Experienced, competent, attentive. Patients from all over the republic are coming here. The medical staff is very friendly, all are highly qualified specialists. The department is quite comfortable. The tents have a refrigerator, cleaning twice a day. However, there is one toilet for the entire wing, and it is not always clean. There is no bidet for feminine hygiene.
The food is good. The hospital is located in a wooded area, you can go out and take a walk. There are several stalls nearby, you can buy everything you need. There is a buffet. They bring salads, meat products, fruits, a shelf, buns.. However, everything is quickly sorted out. Overall, the hospital stay is quite comfortable.

5 stars for the staff, even 10. In those conditions, they do the impossible. But the hospital itself is their 70s of the last century. The proctology department, where hygiene / shower is constantly needed, for 50-60 people there is 1 female shower, one male (and it is necessary to take basins 3 sometimes 5 times ... 4 toilets ...
They feed as poorly, monotonously as pigs.
