I go to the day hospital in this department. I can say that the doctors are very kind and helpful. For the first time I came in fear of condemnation or some kind of rejection, well, other fears of not being famous. But, fortunately, they met me there very gently. Already when preparing the documentation at the reception, it's a pity I didn't read the name on the badge, the girl, seeing my nervousness, asked questions very delicately, even relieving tension with her tone of voice. Next, I got into the office of young doctors, where a very tactful and responsive girl also brought me. The doctor is young, sitting in the office alone with another girl (I did not remember the specifics, whether she was a soldier or an assistant), but, as previously written, he is very good, as polite, responsive and courteous as possible with patients. Nurses and nurses are also not rude, they do their work promptly and carefully. Only with the cleaning staff there were some funny incidents that did not become stressful for me, but amused me at the moment.
I would like to mention the young doctor Ilya Sergeevich Goborov. The highest professionalism, attention to all patients is not all that can characterize this specialist! I wish everyone to get to this doctor!
I was sent from the military enlistment office . I came and showed the documents, Yarosh said that the documents were clean, there were no violations. She said I won't go to the hospital . But I will write that I was lying because I (Yarosh) will be punished. Gokb is a separate state, the laws on the hospital are not applied. They disobey Minsk.
Is there anything worth saying about psychiatry? It's just like in polyclinic hospitals. A lot of people who need help. And a bunch of doctors who provide it. The doctors are cool, I can't say anything else.
You won't get through to the first closed men's department, what does the staff who has to pick up the phone do? I called in the evening, from 19 to 20 phone conversations, picked up, said call in half an hour, "we are busy." I call back after half an hour, they don't pick up the phone again for 20 minutes, that's okay, I call in the morning to find out if there will be a discharge, no one picks up the phone for an hour, terrible staff, how sorry then to find out if the patient will be discharged or not, if he has a lot of things and needs to be picked up by someone!!!
I needed a certificate for work. At the checkpoint, the girl quickly and clearly explained where to go. I came, paid, and assured the doctor. It took at most 5 minutes.
it's just terrible to fire everyone who works there, terrible orderlies and service. I don't advise anyone to go there. The food is terrible, there is no cure
Positive reviews are most likely written by employees, as they do in hotels in Moscow after a negative review from a guest).I saw how people were lying there and what a bestial attitude they had towards them. And the conditions themselves are just tinny.Medicines are provided by the cheapest Belarusian production, which, like poison, and in European countries, many of the substances have been banned altogether for 20 years!).After
the torture in the hospital, the main thing is to withstand the withdrawal syndrome and other consequences from cheap psychotropic drugs. Some of the staff elevates and humiliates the sick, mostly people who have been working for a long time.Shabby walls, musty air, concentration camp robes for patients like in Auschwitz ((, the sight is indescribable, and this is 30 of us conscripts lying in one of the best departments and we are treated well, but we see how they treat the guests, I imagine that in other departments that you will not get into like this. But the renovation in the main building is gorgeous, where the bosses and the VCC)).The orderlies and nurses have pennies. In the canteen, they steal and make cutlets from almost one bread)).By the way, punitive psychiatry still exists)).God forbid someone should be here, they do not treat here, but on the contrary they mutilate!!And remember, girls, if a psychologist or someone else takes you to a mental hospital, do not agree, because even without your signature they can close you there, and already in the process of torment you sign a consent document, or they can say sign and leave (they will close what you sign with your hand). In short, the lawlessness is utter, there they perceive themselves almost as gods, and these patients in Buchenwald robes are like slaves ((.They can shut down anyone for lawlessness from our "valiant militia", and legally you are not free, and it does not matter that you did not sign anything, for example))
Terrible attitude to patients, nurses angry dissatisfied with life, gnobyat you. The food is disgusting. A huge disappointment was made by the doctor Khilkevich Sergey Olegovich, the most incompetent doctor with a bunch of complexes, claims that he is the best doctor in the Gomel region😂 in general, horror, they do not treat there but ring, you come out with even more reluctance to live....draw conclusions
I've been here 2 times for suicide, in 1 female, and in 2 departments. You will definitely not get qualified help, you will only take tests from a psychologist, and proverbs, and similar heresy. Bullying people in the 1st department does not take people outside from the word at all, only for fluorography or to a gynecologist, a gynecologist is better than other doctors to admit. Mosquitoes bite you at night in summer. Ordinary nurses behave like priests of the earth, condemning you for your scars, and humiliating you for your mistakes, and saying that you have not seen your life yet, trying to say something to them in response, they will quickly shut your mouth, and say that they will complain to the attending physician. In the second ward, for talking to other girls after lights out, they will tie them to the bed, and put them on a regime, and they will not even let them smoke for 4 days, and they will not give out phones. After lying there, my condition worsened at times, they do not help people here, but worsen their mental health. After this hospital, you will need a psychologist to forget this place forever. In the waiting room, they will take off your clothes, even if you say that you will stay in them, and give you a defective bathrobe with a nightgown, but because of their kindness they will leave you with a bra and panties, and even then not always. Your clothes will not be brought from the warehouse, and they will be taken there, saying that relatives should bring them. Some things disappear there without a trace, but I don't say anything about the products at all, your cigarettes can also be taken without asking. In the first section, you will wash once a week. And the orderlies will be surprised by the fact why girls wash their hair in the smoking room, in the washbasin, because the shower is only once a week. If you have not had any problems with your head, then after this hospital they will definitely appear, plus you may have dandruff, or even worse lice. I almost forgot to remind you about maggots in barley porridge for dinner in the second department, those who had their own products were lucky, but those who did not had tea and bread.
After spending my allotted 27 days in the hospital, I finally checked out happy and refreshed, and in addition I also received pleasant bonuses in the form of a sound and good sleep.I would like to express my deep gratitude to Natalia Vladimirovna, a qualified psychiatrist who knows her business.I am very pleased with the selection of necessary medicines. However, this clinic also has disadvantages. For example, nurses are not always courteous and polite, who literally revel in their unlimited power over patients, and here the question, of course, is in the people themselves.Strictness in observing the rules must be observed, otherwise they will be punished with a ban on the most sacred thing - smoking. If you are still thinking about going to the clinic or not, then I am not your adviser in this, but I will say right away: phones, cosmetics are selected immediately after admission, and robes are given to replace your usual clothes, which, I am sure, even your grandmother would not wear)The food here is delicious and even very good, so if you are hoping to lose weight, do not hope, you will not lose weight, and perhaps you will become even fatter)In general, I will say that the department is always kept clean, thanks to the nurses, who, with considerable pedantry, clean the entire department every single day.But I was extremely dissatisfied with this regime, which was not familiar to my lifestyle, but as normal. In general, everything is fine. By the way, I did not expect that medication would benefit me, although I hoped that my sleep problems would be solved for the better and I was not mistaken.Thank you
Day care is conducted at the highest level: the absence of a shower helps to accept your body and the bodies of your neighbors for 14 days, the toilet without a lock allows you to expand your comfort zone. Eating without salt conducts a complete detox of the body. The rude canteen staff, who throws plates of food better than any professional baseball league pitcher, allows you to train the deterrence of aggression. It is best to get rid of dependence on the phone here, 3 sockets for 30 people after 5 pm. I put the second star only for the smoking room.
It is very pleasant to poop in the toilet without partitions. Everything flies out with a whoosh from the thought that now your trip to the toilet will turn into an art performance for psychologically ill people. The food may not be the best, but it's definitely worth one Michelin star. The wards are comfortable with iron beds so that you can't fall asleep on them and reflect more on your problems for mental recovery. The walls in the wards have an exceptionally functional appearance: fallen off paint, chips and holes. - everything is for a wonderful atmosphere for the sake of mental health. The staff is politely rude to you, but solely for the sake of psychological pressure, so that you have a desire to get cured as soon as possible. You can't help but like it here, because everything is fine here!
Honestly, I'm a casual passenger . . . in this case. The staff should take other measures towards patients, more transparent and meaningful in relation to each patient. And in general, after looking at the regulation of drugs on a person, everything is normal. Verification is just around the corner . Burashnikova1
I called the emergency department and wanted to know about my father, but they didn't answer, they just threw the pipe. Terrible attitude towards people.
A disgusting place, a person shared his problems, the doctor, in turn, only laughed at him, if the emotional state of my loved one leads to irreversible consequences, you will all bitterly regret it.
If someone is worried about something, it is better to contact a paid specialist!!!
Bad. It's not the medical and sanitary services that are bad. The bad thing is that doctors don't see the obvious. A normal person with neurosis, but they make him mentally ill.
And they don't even pay attention to the patient trying to defend his rights. The answer is a mental hospital
We were surprised by the ratings of the hospital visitors. This is still a hospital, not a sanatorium. I was at a reception with Larisa Vladimirovna Ruzanova. The reception was free. The treatment was not immediately selected, but eventually it turned out. She offered me to attend groups on an outpatient basis, but since I live in another city, it did not work out. Treat yourself more strictly and then it will be easier to find contact with a doctor and choose a treatment. Psychiatric diseases are not easy for you to "cut off". You need to be prepared for a long and not always pleasant process.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Anastasia Sysoeva, a psychiatrist and narcologist. Thank you for your help, your human attitude and responsiveness.
The staff is adequate and knows what to do, as well as the staff often makes concessions to patients when they behave with restraint and adequately, if you have troubles with your head, then in fact you will be treated differently, but only the one that you deserve👍
It's a terrible place.A terrible-looking hospital, all shabby, dilapidated. The mood does not lift in any way.I want to cry from the conditions in which the patients are kept. And, of course, to be contained, not treated.Looking at this, you can still get sick more, or if a person is mentally ill, then the attitude is appropriate to him? I am ashamed of the attitude of the state towards people who have suffered such a terrible disaster.
