I would like to express my deep gratitude to Svetlana Dmitrievna Baskina, head of the Infectious Diseases Department 2, for her outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, literacy, responsiveness and human qualities. My son and I were admitted to the department with recurrent obstructive bronchitis. We were given a complete list of necessary examinations and prescribed the required competent therapy. I would like to note that all the doctors in the department are highly qualified, as they were faced with them as on duty during holidays and weekends. I would also like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the department for their courtesy, for their care, for the high-quality and conscientious performance of their duties. I also want to say about order and cleanliness (including clean and tidy bathrooms), which is very important in the infectious diseases department. Thank you very much and bow low for your work!!!

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the otorhinolaryngological department, and the surgeon Polonskaya Inessa Olegovna for the help provided to my child! (January 2025). The doctor is sociable, polite, attentive, answers all questions asked. I was pleasantly surprised by the emergency room (planned and emergency separately). The otorhinolaryngology department is bright and cozy, the renovation is fresh, there is a playroom for children, there are refrigerators at the posts. There are surveillance cameras in the wards and throughout the department. There is only one bathroom per wing, and each room has a toilet and sink. The first and second courses in the dining room are delicious, the juice and coffee drink seem to be diluted with water. The ward is cleaned, quartered and ventilated twice a day, as soon as you go out into the corridor, the nurses wash something all the time. The staff's attitude towards patients is good. After observing from the side, I have never noticed rudeness from doctors towards patients. I am 100% satisfied with the attitude of the employees. Low bow to the doctors❤ Now about the big, fat disadvantage of the hospital itself, in my opinion! The hospital has a buffet, which is visited by patients of ALL departments, including infectious diseases! That is, the children who are hospitalized as planned, the staff, visit the same buffet and can bring any infection to a clean ward! Question: Why aren't the infectious diseases departments closed? I noticed that the sick buffet workers work without masks.

From the bottom of my heart, I would like to express my gratitude to Svetlana Dmitrievna BASKINA, head of the Infectious Diseases department at √2, and Olga Georgievna MAZANCHUK, a neurologist! My daughter was treated from 04/11/25 to 05/08/25. They were in serious condition with all the symptoms of polio. She was ill with a viral infection, her temperature was high, and on the fourth day her legs failed. They brought us to the hospital themselves, then O.G. Mazanchuk examined us, and together with the infectious diseases department -2 Baskina S.D. the child was pumped for 7 days and treated for a viral infection (on the 3rd day, the daughter could already walk on tiptoe), and then treated in neurology. All the symptoms and consequences have been eliminated. The child is healthy, she has returned to a full life. Thank you so much to the doctors who treat us, thank you for taking care of the children, thank you for your professionalism, attention, and love for your work!!! Moms keep in mind. together with her (unfortunately, I did not remember the pediatrician's last name), I will leave an unfavorable review of the head Dmitriev. unwillingness to talk, while mediocre attitude towards the child and the opinion of the mother.. Overall, the surgical department was very disappointed.. Only the attending physician Baranov seemed to be an inadequate and worthy doctor and person. my assessment of the hospital is rather based on its surgical and admissions department. Many thanks to the ENT department: Anatoly Ivanovich Yaroshevich, head of the department, and Inessa Olegovna Polonskaya, doctor. We stayed there for 7 days and there is always a lot of attention to the child, every day there is an examination. If nvsh was on duty, she came in several times. The nurses are constantly cleaning, I walked around the ward in white socks and they are clean. They take out the trash all the time. The food in the dining room is delicious and they give you a supplement. It was like we were in a sanatorium. A low bow to such doctors. In terms of nutrition, it is also very sad: the child can not walk, you can not feed in the dining room (there are no conditions), to carry the child's hand into the ward, another plate? The food also leaves much to be desired, sometimes unsalted, sometimes too salty, sometimes too sweet, bones in fish cutlets. There is no separation of nutrition for adults and a 1-year-old baby at all. According to the principle: give - eat.

In my opinion, of course there is not enough light in the corridor and hall, the reception area (where the nurses on duty sit near the TV) could have been a little better in terms of repair (paint has peeled off a lot of places, because of this the room has acquired a shabby appearance. There are not enough TVs in the corridor with cartoons for children, especially near the blood donation office. The staff are generally well done, polite and not lazy. Everything is great!

The department itself is newly renovated and there is a toilet in each block. The beds are wide enough for a mother and child. The nurses at the post are all friendly. The head of the department, Anatoly Ivanovich Yaroshevich, is just a doctor from God. He operated on us in the best way! The child immediately breathed through his NOSE on the day of the operation! I came out of anesthesia perfectly (for which I was very worried), by the evening I was already running around the ward. Ekaterina Sergeevna Yadchenko is also a very pleasant doctor. I was always in touch and answered all my questions in full. In general, only positive emotions remained about the department and the doctors! On the Komsomolskaya side, there is only a small pocket near the polyclinic.And on Zharkovsky's side, places are always occupied, since there are many private organizations there. Only because you seem to be lying together, and there is a constant visual and ordinary noise nearby... - creaking beds, you get up and the child twitches - delivery of 5 diapers a day, on weekends (Sat.vsk) also 5 diapers. Girls save up - visiting is prohibited. But the medical staff walks where they want, they go without masks. And you can't go out to give away extra things and documents.

To make painkillers, the nurse cannot be reached, the child presses the button for the call, the nurse screams to turn off who is messing around- why this button at all. On the second day after the operation, they are literally kicked out to eat in the dining room, and raising your voice you should already walk yourself when the child has unbearable pain, he cannot go to the toilet, not to go to the dining room. You can't turn around in the dining room with crutches or a walker. The doctor may not come all day, does not tell you anything, you need to pull out every word, what to do after discharge, everything needs to be extracted. Why can't the department make one parent's day a week, on Saturday or Sunday, so that parents can visit and help their child, change clothes, wash, etc. for at least one day. Especially from other towns and villages. They look out for cameras, report to doctors, complain that patients are sitting with their parents in the emergency room because visiting is prohibited. Are we criminals in jail....? Make one parent's day!!!!!! I am very sorry for the children in this department, they are helpless there, especially children from 6 years old.
