Recent changes are only for the better. Always clean and tidy. The queues are not as huge as they used to be. The medical staff tries to treat patients politely. There are only two problems. If you enter a ticket entry, then follow this strictly. Only three doctors respect people and their time: a surgeon, an endocrinologist and a gynecologist (my doctors). I can't talk about other doctors. But you need to take armor and a sword to the therapists. You can't break through without a fight in your time!
And one more minus. The doctor got sick unexpectedly, plans changed - call as polite people and warn. I understand that there is a lot of work, many people need to call, but this is your job. People make plans, drive after work and "kiss the castle." In my whole life, only once did the therapist's nurse warn about the cancellation, thanks to the girl.
I hope they will listen to my words, the registry office does not want to hear about it.
Good morning 13.11. I applied to this clinic urgently for help. The experts are not afraid to put in quotes , not only were they negligent , but they also raised the pressure even more . The joint work of two under-doctors and the result is even more pressure and I called an ambulance from home. The doctor Gavrilina terppevt prescribed tempolgin to me, put a card in my hands and sent it to the day hospital department so that, at my insistence, I bought ivs for myself without recommending anything. When I got there, I was generally faced with the fact that the doctor of this department started a conversation with me with mockery!! And that we were going to treat...although I came with a map and a diary that the doctor filled out. This is a horror , not a doctor ! After a minute of talking to her, I ran out of that window.I went to the pharmacy, thanks to the pharmacists, today thanks to their recommendations I feel good. Today I will describe this situation in more detail on the hotline of the Ministry of Health. During the 6 years of forced treatment at this hospital, I met only one competent, tactful doctor, this is surgeon Yankovsky
I decided not to bother the district doctor, go to the clinic myself, write out a prescription for a stroke patient. As a result, despite the fact that I was the first in turn, I was accepted last.Apparently, the general practitioner who received me in room 328 decided to punish me for being outraged that he took one patient for 1.5 hours instead of the 20 minutes allotted by the Department of Health.Categorically refused to accept me in the order of the queue, the Head, Yulia Olegovna Shtanyuk, kicked me out of the office, for some reason she gave me a lecture on the procedure for prescribing prescriptions, and three times, I still can't understand why, they brought me to tears. And only then they wrote out a prescription and I successfully went to my sick mother in 3 hours, all exhausted and broken.
A low bow to you, DOCTOR, from the citizens of the Russian Federation. And we, Belarus, always set an example for our own.Sorry...
