Great staff-if you're not sick. And if the truth is, you wait in line for a long time, and even at the reception you are not very welcome. It's like you come to them on purpose and not to be treated.

Terrible service. They treat you like some kind of dog.
They make a joke of the last name, you say the right thing, and in response, "I don't give a shit, I read it as it is written," they probably didn't study the rule.
It is better to go to a paid clinic with such doctors... it is a pity that not all certificates are given in the paid one
We visited a pediatric ophthalmologist. A very attentive doctor. Cramped corridors. I accept
T only by directions and by appointment. There is no paid reception.
the clinic's disgusting work on prescribing prescriptions to patients and nothing is changing for the better. To write out a prescription, you need to make an appointment a week in advance and, as always, they cannot find the card, but ask the patient for it. In general, it's a complete mess and no one cares about people. Please take measures against this arbitrariness.
In order to call a doctor at home on a multi-channel phone, you need to call 20-30 minutes without a break, which is not very convenient for a sick person. And to get a certificate in the morning by the same phone, it's not realistic at all. There is no online appointment with doctors.
