Only a person who has the same three components: vocation, knowledge, continuous improvement, can live not only for the benefit of himself and his family, but also for a large number of others. And these three components are especially valuable for DOCTORS, in whom a person sees not only his salvation, but also the possibility of further full-fledged life.
A REAL DOCTOR understands the patient's complaints, adjusts him to be ready for recovery, uses all possible modern methods of examination and treatment.
And the patient hears the doctor, believes his conclusions, the treatment process and recommendations, which is important in the success of treatment.
Such qualities are possessed by the doctor of the 1st surgical department of BSMP ARTYUSHKOV EVGENY LEONIDOVICH.
I bow low to him, great human gratitude and wish him GREAT PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS!
Patients Koval Galina Sergeevna and Danilova Natalia Andreevna.
I had nothing against this hospital until I ran into it myself and needed the help of doctors. It started with the fact that my kidneys hurt a lot and I had a high fever, which did not go down on its own. I applied to my clinic at my place of residence. After examining me there and doing all the tests, they immediately took me to this hospital by ambulance from the polyclinic. I had repeated tests there and was told to expect them. I was waiting for 20 minutes in the hallway. Then they sent me for an ultrasound scan. The ultrasound technician seemed to be sitting there for beauty. I touched the sensor on the left side and on the right, saying that everything was fine with me. It didn't even take a minute to do this research. Then she said to wait. I was sitting in the hallway again for at least 20 minutes. Then the doctor came out and called me for a study. He led me into the office, where not only I was there, but also other sick patients with doctors. After the conversation, they told me to wait in the hallway. I sat there for another 20 minutes. I felt that my temperature started to rise even higher. I was shaking violently, shivering, and I couldn't control my condition. My kidneys and body ached like hell. Next, the nurse came out and called me into the office again. They gave me an antipyretic injection and sent me to sit in the hallway. This time I sat for 10 minutes. The doctor came, gave me an extract stating that I had acute pyelonephritis and sent me home in this condition. At night, my temperature rose below 40. I couldn't get lost in anything. I called an ambulance. This time they took me to the Kostyukovskaya hospital. Which is why I am grateful to the paramedics who came to the call. They immediately processed the paperwork and put me in the ward. If it were possible to give the first Soviet hospital 0 stars, I would have given more than one!!! Disgusting attitude towards arriving patients in an ambulance!!!! Despite the fact that the hospital is under renovation. There will be an opportunity to complain above, I will complain, in the fruit before the checks!!!!!! Do such qualified doctors really work there that they can't do an ultrasound scan and make a diagnosis?! By sending a patient with a high fever home.
