I would like to express my gratitude to the head of the gastroenterology department, Larisa Arkadyevna Kobruseva, as well as to the staff of the department for their attentive, polite attitude, participation and conscientious performance of their duties. I feel joy and pride that our public health institutions employ high-level professionals who perform their work efficiently, honestly and selflessly. I wish you good health and prosperity, patience and success in your hard work!
Sincerely, Krasnitskaya Asya Markovna
I put 0 instead of 1 star if possible.
There is no one in the intensive care unit at night, the doctors do not care, it is impossible to achieve either diagnosis or treatment. A belated call home to relatives that the patient is in intensive care.
There is no one at night, no nurses or medical staff, to call for help, the doors are closed. The patient had to call a friend to move someone...
he was already dead in the morning.. And there is NO case.
And as for the disabled, it's better to keep silent. A careless attitude.
It's better not to get here, but to die quietly at home, at least there is someone there to help!!!
She was treated here. Doctors, nurses and nurses are all very friendly, literate, correct, friendly and supportive (maybe not all, but those I have met are definitely💁🏼♀️)
On 02/12/2024, an operation was performed at this hospital. I would like to express my deep gratitude to Alexander Vladimirovich Tereshko, a surgeon-oncologist-mammologist of the 2nd minimally invasive surgical department, for his attentive attitude and professionalism. Many thanks for the help, positive and encouraging words to the nurses of this department, as well as to the nurses of the operating unit assisting the doctor. Thanks to you, I was able to keep calm, self-control and a positive mood before, during and after the operation. I would like to note and express my gratitude to the very attentive nurse Ekaterina in the dressing room. Thank you for your hard work, responsible attitude to your profession and such attentive attitude to patients, which, unfortunately, has been a rarity among medical workers of state hospitals and polyclinics lately. All the best to you and only grateful patients!
We are lying in the children's department for premature babies, the attitude is disgusting, everyone exposes their fi, every nurse needs to adjust, everyone does not like everything. There are no conditions for mothers, it's cold in the shower, in the wards you can also charge strictly in the corridor or in the wardrobe, sometimes you can't go out to eat. Feeding according to the schedule there are a lot of disadvantages
I was lying in pathology for pregnant women, it is impossible to get the results of tests and ultrasound from a doctor! They shrugged their hands at my questions for more than three days, eventually left there and it turns out it was possible to be treated on an outpatient basis, since I have practically no problems. The ward was ventilated only 1 time in 4 days, pregnant patients who coughed and lay with snot were moved in.
Only from there I lay in endocrinology, the staff is young and friendly, the work is unique, but none of them cope, they do not cry, they are always friendly and patient to people, they treat them and the body goes conditions are not ice, the place is not painted, but people-God bless you.
There is a good hospital in the city, excellent doctors are gathered. The repair is quite good, the rooms are clean, fresh, the beds are comfortable. The person is polite.
I was very upset by the non-working bidet in gynecology, I had to drain the water for a long time - to get hot water, for about an hour, it's just solved by a plumber, but no one cares about that.
I was pleased with the assortment and delicious ready-made food in the buffet on the 1st floor.
It's cool that there is a pharmacy and a small shop with all the necessary little things!
The food in the dining room is not the most delicious that I have tasted in my entire life in medical institutions) but you can certainly live on such grubs)
Experts - aerobatics!
I trusted the head of the gynecological department, Martinchik Lyubov Alexandrovna - golden hands, mega cool in her field!!!
I will recommend you as a high-class specialist in women's health!!!
She was one of the best in her time! Now, it's better not to get here.
The mother-in-law with diabetes was sent home, saying that she would choose the dosage of insulin for herself 🤣
My wife has been treated for the second year... We were in a paid consultation the other day. The doctor was shocked by his wife's treatment, as most of it is CONTRAINDICATED for her!
It's even scary to imagine how much health, time and money we spent on treatment, which did not help her, but only made it worse!
Polite doctors, there are coffee machines in the hospital, everything is great, thanks for the treatment. Cured))) The dinners are delicious, but the portions are small, that's the only thing that upset))
My grandmother applied to an ophthalmologist, Aghaj Ismail Ali, to measure eye pressure at this hospital. The attitude towards the 85-year-old man was wonderful. Dr. Ali performed the procedure completely painlessly and treated the patient's fears with respect and understanding. Many thanks to the doctor for his professionalism and high moral qualities.
I was lying in the 6th department. I have never seen such a disgusting attitude anywhere else. During the week, the doctor did not come up once and after the operation did not explain anything and did not come up. And she refused to talk in principle. And there are many more nuances. Don't set foot there anymore.

August 1
He was admitted to the hospital with appendicitis. He was standing on his feet. They said go get tested yourself. First into the jar. After that, pour it into a narrow test tube. And bring it. The fact that I hadn't drunk anything for 12 hours didn't matter.
After that, they took me to the offices, although I couldn't walk. But in the end they dragged me to the ward. From there on the bed to the operating room. I woke up in her. Height and weight called
I have never met such a terrible attitude in genicology, the doctor Lyudmila Ivanovna may be a good specialist, but the attitude towards patients is terrible, I saw her 2 times During my stay there, I tried to ask a question so I immediately misfired and did not answer The nurses are rude At 6-10, everyone is kicked out of the ward, airing regardless of how a person feels In a word, it's better not to fall there
A huge hospital, excellent medical staff, but the service of nurses is so-so... And such a moment that it's hot in tents, but it's cold in the corridors, toilets, etc... She was discharged with a cold. But the buffet is a credit 👌
I was lying in the postpartum department, the attitude is good, and the child was lying in intensive care, the relationship is terrible, they don't want to look at the children, they don't really say anything, the head of the intensive care unit pokes back.I have never seen such an attitude towards newborns and patients.
I really liked the surgeons. They were cured quickly, and what is very important - they were attentive, the examination after the operation was carried out several times a day. I am very grateful to them.
A good hospital. Quick registration for hospitalization. Special thanks to the professionals from the 1st surgical department. The gallbladder was removed without any undesirable consequences.
This hospital has been standing for a very long time, but the quality of service has remained at a decent level.
Despite the difficult appearance of the departments, which has remained since Soviet times, the kindest people work there.
The hospital is being restored and redone, the operating room already has modern equipment and appearance.
In 2019, I gave birth at their maternity hospital, I was very pleased with both the children's department and the intensive care unit.
After that, the maternity ward is also on top, they will always prompt and help
I didn't have a chance to lie down in the hospital itself, and thank God, but my mother was lying in it and the reviews weren't the best!!! And in 2015, I had a chance to do a pregnancy ultrasound there. The doctor was a rare boor, it was impossible to get at least some information. They did an ultrasound at 29 weeks with grief in half, and then they did it again at 33 weeks (the same doctor), I'm sorry I don't remember the last name anymore. And that's where the fun begins. During these 4 weeks, for some reason, the child became smaller right in the stomach, the circumference of the head and the length of the legs decreased, the double cord wrapped around the neck. The attempt to ask how it turns out was culturally sent without explanation. She's a doctor-she sees it that way!!! All in tears and hysterics, she went to Medea to redo the ultrasound and here the indicators were completely different and, thank God, there was no entanglement. This year, everything is the same .... ultrasound at 29 weeks, tears again, back to Medea and, lo and behold, nothing was confirmed again!!!!
Girls, if you are given a referral to this hospital for an ultrasound, it's better to save your nerves and go straight to the paid one, there they will show you your baby and the results will be correct!!!
Cardiology, they are discharged tomorrow, pipes are flowing in the women's toilet, water and urine are spilling onto the floor.the nurses rub and rub the floors.A question?Does the head of the department know about this?and about other household problems?
In August, my mother underwent treatment. The hospital is a nightmare. It's a dog's attitude. As she did with a non-working kidney, she was discharged after 1.5 months with a non-working kidney.Food is slop.Bedbugs in the ward.We are currently undergoing treatment in another hospital - this is heaven and earth.Considering all the treatment in the 3rd hospital, it was simply ridiculed by doctors.Where did such ignoramuses come from?Although what kind of hospital -such are the grief of the doctor.Shame.
I did FGDS in Minsk in January, according to the results of the examination, chronic gastritis was detected. Then I did FGDS in this hospital, according to the results of the examination it turned out that there was no chronic gastritis.
Quality 👍
Good afternoon. My mother was treated at the 3rd city hospital from December 2021 to January 2022. I would like to express my gratitude to her attending physician, the head of the cardiology department, Marina Churina Vladimirovna, as well as to all the staff of the cardiology department TO-7, the staff of the intensive care unit, the hospital administration for their tremendous help, kindness, responsiveness, high-quality treatment, medical ethics and professionalism in their field. Thank you for your endless kindness and warm attitude towards all patients. I wish you all the best and the best!!!!!
It looks Soviet! It's clean inside, but it's scary. The main thing is that the doctors are qualified. I visited a friend, she praised this hospital, and also said that the food was good.
She was in the surgical department No. 3, in May 2022. The staff in the department is attentive, the nurses and nurses are "bees" workers. I would like to express my special gratitude to the attending physician Platonova Tatyana Alexandrovna! Still young, but already quite experienced, attentive, competent... Just a smart girl! Thank you for your hard work!
I applied for fluorography for a fee of 15 minutes and it's ready no queue and not expensive the staff is polite on the phone explained that yes, as upon arrival I already knew where to go

It is a very good hospital, I am glad that I was transferred to this one. Good, kind, responsive, cultured staff: starting with the head doctors, ending with the nurses. I got pregnant on May 6, 2021, with a blood flow disorder, the doctors reacted quickly and saw that my baby did not have enough oxygen, and in the previous hospital, they said that everything was fine. The next day I had an emergency Caesarean section, the baby was born on time, but very small and with congenital pneumonia, my baby was taken immediately to the intensive care unit and the doctors did everything possible to make the baby recover.
I would like to thank the doctors separately and say: "Thank you very much!"
to Svetlana Bondarenko, who treated my baby in the intensive care unit.
Reasonable Lyudmila Markovna, who treated me by checking every organ after surgery.
Vakulchik Lyudmila Ivanovna, who performed a cesarean section, took out my baby unharmed, carefully cut and sewed it up.
As well as the rest of the staff: nurses, nurses, kitchen staff and everyone else! I bow low to you! You're all wonderful!😘 Our guardian angels 👼

Hello there. With great respect and gratitude, I want to thank the deputy.the main thing.a medical doctor.parts to Marina Nikolaevna Menshakov. She put me in the department for minimally invasive surgery because there were no places in neurology, and seriously ill people lie there.I was lying from 3.08-25.8. My situation is difficult. But Marina Nikolaevna tried to do everything possible and not possible. For that, thank her very much. She always monitored the condition and took quick action. There would be more such people.I really wish that people like her would always be respected. She deserves it.And I would really like such people to always come to the rescue. Thank you very much Marina Nikolaevna.
Now I will write about the department. The medical staff is good.Yes, there were some unpleasant nuances, but one always learns from mistakes. And I was not an easy patient, with my frequent seizures.Sometimes, of course, it was scary that she was alone in the department and couldn't get through to anyone (especially at night). But I would like the medical staff to be more attentive to the patients. As it is, all the nurses are good. Not when help is not refused.
Now I will write a review about nutrition. The food is terrible. There is no variety.During the 22 days of my stay in the hospital, there were chicken cutlets a couple of times, 1 time chicken, and pilaf. The rest of the time is lunch, dinner, fish cutlet, fish souffle, and so on every day.Fortunately, I didn't have an appetite and I didn't eat.And those who lie and eat, people are already disgusted. No, there is no such menu in any hospital. It feels like only one fish is being brought.Of course, the soups were varied, but they were often empty, salads were also sometimes delicious.I hope the menu will also change for the better.I certainly hope very much that I won't get there again. But, you never know.
Now I will write a review about the junior medical staff. All well done, everything is clean, the ward is cleaned, the wards are also well cleaned, the bed linen is changed often, which is very pleasant.Thank you very much for your work.
Now I will write about the procedural one.It stings very badly, the veins seem to be good, but there were constant bruises, I tore them 2.3 times.I hope to learn in the future. Everyone makes mistakes. But, also, thank you very much to Oksana Alexandrovna for helping me several times on a terrible night for me.
I hope your management rewards you.Few places have such people who are at their workplace.I bow low to you.
A very good hospital. The staff is polite, at least where I've been ..... The food in the hospital is good, full-fledged. Repairs would still be done everywhere-and in general it will be good!
It's a great hospital. Very good and competent staff.

There are two toilets in each department in the hospital. It's just hard to believe that people in such conditions can be supported in the 21st century. Not only that, some toilets do not close (the latches are torn out). There are a lot of people who want to get in, when you go to the toilet, someone is constantly breaking into you. It's just a real nightmare. It's easy to fix everything, but the hospital management doesn't care.
The situation is similar in most other hospitals in Gomel (with the exception of the RNPC only).
The medical staff is good.
