The pharmacists are cute and very competent. A wide range of medicines is available. Very often there are no queues (unless you run into a crazy grandmother, but no one is insured here)
A disgusting pharmacy. The service is at a low level. Of the three windows, only one is open on Tuesday. Customer service takes 10-12 minutes-this is not normal. Instead of looking at the availability of medicines in the database through a computer, the so-called pharmacist flies around the pharmacy and starts rummaging through the drawers. I came to the pharmacy, there were 6 people in front of me, after 32 minutes of waiting, there were 4 people in front of me.
A question for the management. Where did you learn such a standard and maintenance service?
