In April 2024, Gree air conditioner was purchased, in May it began to make strange noises:
1. Water bubbling in the indoor unit
2. Very loud crackling of plastic both during operation and when turned off.
After we wrote to Viber about this problem, the installers of the Gomelklimat company came to us, they redid something, but in the end nothing much changed. They came to us 3 more times, but unsuccessfully, the problem remained.
Then came the advice to put gauze in the drain, after which, after a couple of days, all the water that should flow outside poured onto our wallpaper and furniture.
The head of this organization, after repeated appeals to eliminate the above issues, "gently" informed us that these are our problems and they will not change anything for us,
The disgusting attitude towards customers, we are forced to file a claim under the law "On Consumer Protection" in order to achieve at least something.
