A wonderful and very necessary organization! The building, although old, but the repair inside is decent, with the latest technology! There is a guard sitting at the door, as it should be, and "necessary", friendly specialists run downstairs, where there is a common table and a couple of chairs, to the citizens who came to the reception, t, K. they are "Not supposed to go further than this lobby!" Here, to the table, the "necessary" forms are brought out ...., but the question remains the same: - WHEN will these... "necessary" forms filled out by a citizen be considered and fulfilled??! That's the question! The thing is that the electronic queue created, I suppose artificially, is already in the hundreds (more than 360 people!) those who are waiting to legalize their suburban areas and not only. I want to note that the lobby is clean, but then what, Who knows?!..
