It was a little cold in the room, though we had a nice time in here. The hotel had quite big range of food choices for breakfast. In addition, the room was not clean enough(I guess it is because we came here in winter)
Good morning!
I am from Russia, namely from Moscow.
We arrived in Bukhara at one o'clock in the morning, looked for a Hotel and found this wonderful place.
I really liked it here.
The staff is polite, decorated in a traditional oriental style.
The rooms are clean and tidy, we had coffee in the morning.
One of the disadvantages is the request of the Hotel manager : putting shampoo and soap in the bathroom is a small thing , but it helps a lot .
Well , I had it all by myself , but not everyone can have it by themselves . Bottom line: I recommend it to everyone 👌🏻
The hotel does not have a smart TV, only Uzbek channels are on.
There is no running water in the shower, and there is no shower head holder.
Breakfast starts at 7.00, arrived at 7.15 there is no one. As a result, I waited for breakfast by 7.50, except for yogurt, it was impossible to eat more.
The restaurant is located in the basement of the building. The menu is small, the choice of dishes is minimal. There are cappuccino and latte on the menu, but the coffee machine turned out to be broken. We took Caesar salad (vegetarian version), vegetable stew, okroshka, tea with lemon. A total of 100,000 thousand soums. The service is at zero. But 12% of the cost of the check is included in the bill. Russian is not well spoken and understood. The only plus is the beautiful decoration of the hall. That's all. I don't recommend it.
The cafe on the balcony is great. Good beer, city view, service.
But, here is an institution on the 1st floor - a medium-sized dining room, dirty, service, as if in slow motion. In short, I do not recommend it
Not a hotel, it just sucks. It's the worst place I've ever been. The room stinks of sewage. The shower has dirty tiles and mold in the corners, the water goes out badly, an incomprehensible mat that slides all the time and you risk falling and hitting your head, there is no place for towels, you go out naked and look for a towel in the room, there is no toothpaste and brushes. The reception calls at 4 a.m. asking if I will have breakfast. The bed is wobbly, it is not possible to turn around. The sound insulation is disgusting. At 6 a.m., I woke up from the abuse of 2 women in the hallway.I do not recommend this hotel
The hotel is beautiful, but the rooms leave much to be desired, sooo hard beds, terrible shower, but the food in the hotel is not bad, at least breakfast
The hotel is clean, everything is at the highest level. The staff ruined everything. Absolutely incompetent and unfriendly young people. They attributed an extra 160 thousand soums. After our indignation, the postscript was canceled.
The dishes are expensive and don't match the name. Under the name lyulya kebab, they brought meatballs made of bread, as in the Soviet canteen. Mastava is a potato soup with pasta that swim in fat. Lagman - overcooked pasta with tough little pieces of meat and ketchup.
We didn't live in the hotel, but we went to eat, lagman is fried, it's like pasta in the navy, it's not tasty, prices are too high, the salad from achik chuchuk costs 30,000 thousand .
