My most adored service! We constantly order with my husband mainly from allegro (but we also hooked all relatives and friends on the service :)), recently I ordered shoes from Zalando for the first time. I've been dreaming of a good bike for a long time. The Blue Squirrel team helped make the dream come true. I found my dream on the bikeinn website with a 30% discount, but specialized is not delivered to Belarus. I searched for options for a long time and found a Blue squirrel. I've never ordered anything with them, but I really wanted a bike and I decided to take a chance. The operator on the website told about the order scheme. First, they make a request to the store for an additional 8% discount to the store. After the discount was confirmed by the store, I was calculated the amount of the cost of the bike, taking into account delivery to a warehouse in Poland (bikinn has different prices for, for example, Poland and Lithuania... for example, for my bike, the discount on delivery to Lithuania was 30%, for Poland it was 27%, but taking into account the discount that belka bargained for, it turned out that it was significantly cheaper through Poland. Next, the operator told how to redeem the bike. And! despite the change in the payment limits on the card, Bepaid did not allow such a huge amount to be transferred. I was very worried that Bikinn would cancel the discount, and Belka bought the bike at her own expense, and the next day I paid the missing amount. Thank them for their trust! It is convenient that you pay with a regular card in Belarusian rubles. They explained that the cost of bike delivery depends on the weight. We will find out when the bike arrives at the warehouse in Poland. The operator estimated that a bike weighing 11 kg in a package would weigh 15 kilograms (in fact, you need to add 5-6 kilograms). But bikinn decided to send my bike assembled! And packed it in 13 kg of packaging... In addition, the dimensions of the parcel impressed all participants in the delivery chain with the scale. My advice: if you order an expensive bike, you need to try to arrange for it to be sent disassembled! It will save time, money, and nerves... Yours and the squirrels. By the way, I also made a couple of my bike accessories to order. Their bicycles were sent in regular packaging and the delivery cost significantly cheaper (405 zlotys from friends, and 584 zlotys for my bike).
After my bike arrived at a warehouse in Poland, I paid for its delivery to Belarus. About a day later, I received a call and was warned that the bike would go through customs tomorrow, I need to be in touch in order to pay customs duty as soon as possible (for goods over 1000 euros, you need to pay 15% of the excess amount). Approximately the same amount of protein was calculated when ordering a bike. In general, after paying customs, the bike arrived in Minsk the next day. Initially, we agreed that the bike would arrive at the warehouse in Minsk. But in the process, it turned out that they could deliver to my city. Several of my friends' bicycles arrived earlier than mine, since they were traveling disassembled, delivery was significantly cheaper and nothing had to be paid extra to our city. My bike was very large and the squirrel sent it by the company vozim.by Delivery to the city cost 80 rubles. This is an economical tariff and I had to wait for another 4 days. In general, the journey of my bike took 1 month. The bicycles of the comrades, worth about 800 euros due to the normal dimensions of the package and the absence of customs duty, arrived in 2-3 weeks.
Yes, there were difficulties in delivery, but Belka's team solved these problems and tried very hard! We agreed on the best way along the way! And as a result, the bike of my dreams cost me +/- 1,500 euros cheaper than its cost here! I thank the Blue Squirrel team for helping me make my dream come true!
