Imported alcohol, which is provided for by the concept, is burnt (not original). The bottles of imported alcohol are all opened, dirty, worn out, no one knows what's inside! All this is organized at the management level (it's just not clear what level), bartenders are the tip of the iceberg who work in this chain with the knowledge and permission from above! This team of dishonest people spoils the image of the Rixos network and profits at the expense of the owners of Rixos and tourists who pay for this banquet, and in return they are "poisoned" with counterfeit alcohol. In everything else that does not concern the business of dishonest staff, the hotel is not bad, a solid score is a solid four. We need an audit!

We had a family vacation from February 25 to March 6. We chose Rixos from the network, before that we were in premium cigate, we really liked it. The choice was between Radamis and Rixos golf, as construction is in full swing in Radamis and the beach was not open until mid-February, so I did not want to take a pig in a poke and the choice was made in favor of golf. 1) The territory of the hotel. It is divided into single-storey buildings with 8 or 10 rooms and two-storey villas. There is a lot of lawn around, but not enough palm trees and trees to shelter from the heat or delay the wind currents, which are common in winter. Of the advantages of such a territory, you can see a very large number of birds that are constantly on the lawn, especially impressive with a bright hoopoe crest. There is a free tennis court, basketball, volleyball and football court. A relatively small fitness room with more than 8 people will be cramped and uncomfortable. 2) For children. On the territory for very young children there is a house, a slide and a small sandbox. For those who are older (+5 years old), you can take the sea or the pool. There is no full-fledged children's club and no babysitter. There are 3 animator girls who are ready to play board games next to the pool during the day, spend the evening with the children and draw aquagrim. In the last two days of the stay, inflatable trampolines appeared in the evenings. 3) The sea. In winter, a shuttle runs from the hotel to the sea beach from 8 to 17h with an interval of 10 minutes. The distance is about 2km from the hotel. Once in the morning after a run, I wanted to refresh myself in the sea, but before the gate to the beach, the staff refused, referring to the fact that you can get to the beach exclusively by shuttle, which in my opinion looks unreasonable. When exiting the shuttle, you need to go down the steps to the sea, there is no sign to Rixos Golf beach (there is a sign below, halfway), on the first day we went to the right to a completely different beach, you need to immediately go with the flow of people from the shuttle or ask. The beach is about 100 meters long. Since the beach is located in a bay, the pontoon is short about 20 meters and immediately has a reef and a large depth. There is a small area on the side of the pontoon for bathing children from the shore. 4) Rooms. We stayed in a deluxe room in a one-story building, the room is comfortable, there is a free minibar with beer, juice, water, chips and snickers. In addition to this, there was wine in the room in the cigate. 5) Food. According to the ultra exclusive system, the buffet in the main restaurant is relatively modest, there is no choice of seafood and if they appear, then people quickly sort it out and there is not enough for everyone. It does not reach the level of Rixos Sigate and Radamis. There are no culinary delights and wow dishes, the usual high-quality food, which after 7 days of stay can get boring. It is also not clear why there are no desserts and oriental sweets at breakfast, they appear only at lunch and dinner. Fast food is served at the bistro by the pool and on the beach. According to the Ala Karta system, there are 3 restaurants: Turkish, Asian and Italian. The dishes in them are of high quality, I remember more Turkish. Pipols restaurant is under renovation, although it was he who made a splash for me at Rixos Gate. 6) Drinks. I recommend mango and strawberry juices from non-alcoholic drinks. From alcohol there are: Hennessy, Bacardi and Jack deneils. All this is poured in all the listed restaurants and bistros. I took cocktails several times: longyland, tequila Sunrise and others, I did not like the taste. In my opinion, it's easier to drink pure alcohol. 7) Service. In terms of service quality, it does not reach the level of a Cigate, the staff is smiling and ready to play with children, but when full occupancy is a failure. The staff systematically forgets to bring drinks in restaurants, at the evening show, as well as on the beach and by the pool. You have to ask several times or go to the barmer yourself. There is a free shuttle service to Radamis. Conclusion: in my opinion, the hotel does not reach the level of 5 stars, a maximum of 4-4.5.
