I bought a bungalow through this company in November 2021. The deadline for delivery under the contract is June 28, 2023. Today is March 2024, the bungalow is still not ready, despite the fact that the neighboring bungalows are already inhabited. They don't provide any help. We discussed the shortcomings in August 2023. In March 2024, everything remains unchanged. The company does not protect your interests in front of the developer. They tell everything beautifully, but in fact they completely ignore it. I do not recommend it.
