In general, this is a normal place, especially if you don't expect an all-inclusive hotel and round-the-clock dancing with a tambourine. This is more of an apartment than a hotel in the classical sense.
The rooms are spacious, fresh, there is a kitchen, a washing machine, a balcony - convenient if you plan to cook for yourself and not depend on schedules. KoniAlty is a quiet area, there is a supermarket nearby, you can walk to the beach if you are not lazy. Oh, the school is nearby, there is a lot of childish screaming at the moment. Well, we love children, let them frolic.
Now for the cons. There is almost no maintenance... they are cleaned once a week, and only if you remind them. The staff is not intrusive, but it doesn't help much either. Wi-Fi is weak, sometimes it lags. If something breaks, they will fix it, but not immediately.
For an adequate, independent rest, it will come down to a solid four. No more, but not a failure either. Just be prepared that you're your own boss here.
A quiet, safe area, gorgeous mountain views, clean air, cozy homely atmosphere of the hotel.
The rooms are very cozy, equipped with everything necessary with the latest technology.
Maid Maryam is very sweet and friendly, keeps things clean and tidy.
The hotel management is very attentive to each guest, thanks to the competent organization of the director's work, all the staff work together, providing comfort and a relaxing stay to all customers.
But the main advantage and decoration of this hotel is the receptionist Svetlana. This wonderful Russian-speaking girl is competent in literally everything! It seems that it can solve any issue from a problem at the hotel to advice on buying strawberries at a local bazaar or processing any documents in Turkey)). She is patient and friendly with any guest, even the most "incomprehensible". I highly recommend this hotel. We have already been there twice and plan to come in 2023!
