We often stay at this hotel. It is still on the 1st place in our list of hotels in Warsaw because: new, fresh, clean, corresponds to 4*, reasonable price, very close to the airport, there is Parking (for a fee - underground, free of charge - around, but there are few places), a kettle with cups, tea, coffee in the room and mineral water (in the suites there is a capsule coffee machine, bathrobes and slippers), there is a gym (free of charge, small but modern) and a sauna (free of charge). The helpful and friendly staff helps with any questions. Comfortable beds, excellent bed linen, sleep great. From the windows of the upper floors there is a beautiful view of the city and the airport and you can watch the takeoffs and landings of airplanes:) There are restaurants and 3 grocery stores nearby.

A wonderful hotel. Pleasant, well-decorated lobby, reception on the level, all with a smile. Every second person speaks Russian. The rooms are clean, linen/towels/slippers are all neat and clean. Cleaning/changing of bathroom accessories on request (in-room telephone) . A large soft bed, the neighbors can only be heard if they are talking very loudly and brawling.
Delicious coffee. The location is not for hiking, it is better to take a taxi to the chic old city center.
A hotel that you want to return to.

We stayed at this hotel twice: the first time they gave us a cot without a mattress - they just put a blanket on it, the second time they didn't give it at all: it turned out that they had only one for the whole big hotel. We were accommodated in a worse room than was indicated at the time of booking on Booking.com - small bed, wrong view from the window. There is no way to contact the hotel manager at night - all phones work only for internal communication.
