We were in transit at this hotel. Very good location, close to the airport. The rooms are decent, the food is not fancy, but it will go for a snack. The room has a full set of hygiene products, tea, coffee and water too.
The hotel was provided by Gulf air during the transfer. It'll do for an overnight stay. Dinner is decent, and on the way back there was breakfast, too, everything is decent.
The hotel is old but nice and cozy. It must have been gorgeous once. Good location, great pool. Great breakfasts in the form of a buffet. A large selection and everything is delicious. There's even bacon.
We were in transit, free of charge - at the expense of Gulf airlines, it's a sin to complain.
The perfect location. Bahrainis are very smiling and hospitable. It takes 15 minutes to drive from the airport, all the sights are nearby.
A chic room, excellent food (buffet), there is a swimming pool, a nightclub. Good location. We were in connection with a long transfer. We managed to visit the fortress.
I was at this hotel waiting for a plane from Bahrain to Thailand. The hotel is tired, but better than at the airport. Purely relative, tea and coffee in the room, as well as drinking water.
I will describe the hotel not as an ordinary guest, but as a transit passenger of gulf air.
Of course, going to bed and walking around the city instead of sitting at the airport is great. But... They settle in a separate, very very old building, there was no cold water in the morning, hot water sometimes splashed from the tap, breakfast is a separate story, since it is also separate from the hotel guests and the choice of dishes is appropriate. Maybe I'm biased, but I wanted to leave the dining room as soon as possible.
And most importantly, before going to bed, looking at the old number, I made a wish - so that no one would bite me. Unfortunately, the bedbugs did not hear this. On the plane, I scratched everything that could be scratched. Bedbugs.
So on the one hand, it's good to have a rest, on the other hand, the aftertaste from the rest is not pleasant.
If you consider that the hotel is practically for transit travelers, then it's just great. The food is fine, the rooms are clean and everything is available. The convenient location is in the center.
We stopped at the stopover, we liked everything. I took the trouble to describe the whole process, everything is provided for free, it's a shame to complain!
So, when flying on GULF AIR Airlines with a transfer in Bahrain, you can use the STPC\Stopover service, for this the conditions must be met:
✅GULF AIR carrier 🦅on all connecting flights,
✅docking from 7 to 23 hours,
✅the cost of one ticket starts from $ 450,
and during the waiting period for your connection, there should be no alternative transfer with the GULF AIR carrier.
✅before departure, you need to contact the representative office of the carrier. There is no way to describe the further process, there were not enough characters, write, I will answer…
The hotel operates as a transit for Gulf Air, so do not expect any special delights.
For transit travelers, breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the basement, modestly, but for 1-2 times it will do.
The hotel itself is slightly tired, there are no slippers in the rooms, no bathrobes, the windows have not been washed for a very long time. The air conditioner is central, the temperature cannot be changed, I was cold.
There is an outdoor swimming pool in the courtyard, heated in winter.
The a la carte restaurant is expensive, alcohol is on the menu.
We have been to this hotel several times, the Gulf Air airline accommodates transit passengers in it for free. Do not expect to be accommodated in rooms that are sold on booking, no) there is a separate room fund for transit travelers. There are no complaints - clean, cozy, air conditioning works. The room has shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Two bottles of water. The hotel is in the city center, you can walk to the nearest shopping center. The only disadvantage is that the food in this hotel is so-so (transit workers), the food is not very tasty, even they manage to spoil breakfast. Therefore, on the 3rd and 4th times we did not even think about going down to the dining room. But there are no complaints, since it's all free)
Quite a good hotel, especially for free. The transfer, meals, and this hotel were provided by Gulfair Airlines using the STPC service. Everything is on the level, everything works, during a transit flight you are usually checked into this hotel.
I was passing through there, but this is one of the best hotels I've been to. I really liked the food, the pool and the bar! Bahrain is a wonderful country!

A great hotel for a transfer . We were in it by STPC. They serve dinner at any time, breakfast in the morning. Not in the main restaurant, but in a separate place. But it's still better than sitting at the airport. The beds are huge, the bed is clean, the water is hot. We even went swimming in the heated pool.👍🌞
An excellent hotel for a transit stop from GulfAir, we had a transit of 7 hours, the hotel + transfer + visa was requested in advance, we received absolutely free of charge, the hotel is not new, but there is everything you need, in 5 hours at the hotel I managed to sleep, went to the sauna, hammam, swam in the pool and ate a delicious dinner, and all this is absolutely free.
The hotel was provided by the airline for a transit overnight stay. The linen and towels are clean. The room is small, clean, there is carpet on the floor, the air conditioner is built-in and blows very strongly, they could not adjust it. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar and two bottles of 0.5 water in the room. The water in the faucet is not familiar, it does not soap. The reception is working well, they explained where we would be fed, at what time I would take us to the airport. The hotel is not new, on solid 4. Near the shopping mall. There is an embankment nearby. In September, it was very hot in the city, at any time of the day.
Not so far from the airport. There is a shopping center across the street, where there are many branded boutiques. And almost all the brands that have left the country. You can only go to the Gold Market "for fun." It is better to go to the shopping center opposite
The convenient location of the hotel, in the modern part of the city. There are a minimum of people, a man-made canal and a new shopping center nearby. The hotel is small, the rooms are comfortable. Food with a national bias, delicious! We stayed for a day, due to a long connecting flight. I recommend it!
The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars, it does not pull for more, the room stock is very "tired", the hotel has been in need of renovation for a long time!
