We were in transit at this hotel. Very good location, close to the airport. The rooms are decent, the food is not fancy, but it will go for a snack. The room has a full set of hygiene products, tea, coffee and water too.

The hotel is old but nice and cozy. It must have been gorgeous once. Good location, great pool. Great breakfasts in the form of a buffet. A large selection and everything is delicious. There's even bacon.

I will describe the hotel not as an ordinary guest, but as a transit passenger of gulf air.
Of course, going to bed and walking around the city instead of sitting at the airport is great. But... They settle in a separate, very very old building, there was no cold water in the morning, hot water sometimes splashed from the tap, breakfast is a separate story, since it is also separate from the hotel guests and the choice of dishes is appropriate. Maybe I'm biased, but I wanted to leave the dining room as soon as possible.
And most importantly, before going to bed, looking at the old number, I made a wish - so that no one would bite me. Unfortunately, the bedbugs did not hear this. On the plane, I scratched everything that could be scratched. Bedbugs.
So on the one hand, it's good to have a rest, on the other hand, the aftertaste from the rest is not pleasant.

The hotel operates as a transit for Gulf Air, so do not expect any special delights.
For transit travelers, breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the basement, modestly, but for 1-2 times it will do.
The hotel itself is slightly tired, there are no slippers in the rooms, no bathrobes, the windows have not been washed for a very long time. The air conditioner is central, the temperature cannot be changed, I was cold.
There is an outdoor swimming pool in the courtyard, heated in winter.
The a la carte restaurant is expensive, alcohol is on the menu.

We have been to this hotel several times, the Gulf Air airline accommodates transit passengers in it for free. Do not expect to be accommodated in rooms that are sold on booking, no) there is a separate room fund for transit travelers. There are no complaints - clean, cozy, air conditioning works. The room has shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion. Two bottles of water. The hotel is in the city center, you can walk to the nearest shopping center. The only disadvantage is that the food in this hotel is so-so (transit workers), the food is not very tasty, even they manage to spoil breakfast. Therefore, on the 3rd and 4th times we did not even think about going down to the dining room. But there are no complaints, since it's all free)

A great hotel for a transfer . We were in it by STPC. They serve dinner at any time, breakfast in the morning. Not in the main restaurant, but in a separate place. But it's still better than sitting at the airport. The beds are huge, the bed is clean, the water is hot. We even went swimming in the heated pool.👍🌞
