My friends and I had a rest on September 9-17 at this hotel. I really liked this hotel. The staff is polite, helpful and cheerful. I recommend this hotel. The receptionist is a very polite, cheerful and sociable woman.And we really liked the girl who worked in the dining room, she looks so much like Alyonka, always cheerful and smiling, always cheer everyone up for everything. We were told she was a schoolgirl and the cook 's daughter was working on vacation. A beautiful hotel. Delicious food . The rooms are clean. The only negative was only the rocky beach, but we bought coral slippers and the water began to enter well. Yes, many were outraged at the expense of the toilet and shower in the room, the water was collected on the floor, but we also solved the problem. We went to the store next to the migration and bought a scraper and after the shower we cleaned the water ourselves and it was always dry. We have always been positive. We came to rest and not to look for disadvantages. And we recommend this hotel, it is a youth and positive and cool hotel. We rested for everything and rested our soul and heart. I liked everything: the food is varied (not culinary masterpieces, but the quality is good), the people are friendly, the pools are clean. The beach is small, but there are enough places. They feed you at any time of the day, if you arrive / leave. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Everything worked in the room without interruptions (the Internet fell off a couple of times, it's not critical for me).
The standard room is very small, but I was alone, it was generally normal.
One of the significant disadvantages is loud music during the day during activities and in the evening. But I lived in a distant building, it didn't bother me. and you also need to ask for toothpaste and a brush, they don't put it on by default.
Probably, if you want a straight five-star service, then you are not here. But kamon is very good for its price.
Dispelling myths:
1) a paid towel is an additional one for the beach. The rooms have three towels per person included.
2) to the beach a maximum of 7 minutes on foot at a calm pace
3) I was processed super fast. Probably, there are different situations, but what's the big deal.
4) almost everyone speaks Russian, but in general it is strange to expect that in a foreign country they will know your language...
Stunning mountain view from the hotel, that's it. The hotel itself is stylish, aesthetic, instagrammable, beautiful views, but the service is terrible, the staff is not friendly, they do not want to solve any problems. We arrived at 11 a.m., immediately settled only those who additionally put money in their passport, and so wait until 14:00. It was cold at night, there were no blankets in the room, they asked to bring them to the reception, they brought some waffle capes, which is difficult to call blankets. There is no cleaning until you throw a towel on the floor - they will not change, the bed has never been changed in 8 days. The hair in the shower cabin lay on the floor for all 8 days. The food is meager and monotonous, chicken, fish a couple of times, apples, grapes, oranges from fruits. It was very tasty to bake different tortillas, pizza cook in the oven. The desserts are some delicious.
The beach is just in terrible condition, abandoned, it simply does not exist (photo in confirmation), the entrance to the sea is rocky, corals are needed.
The hotel for 3, in no case with children, will not be very nice either.
