We had a rest from October 12th to 20th. It is difficult to identify the disadvantages. Everything was fine. The food was varied: for every taste and preference. The fruits were always of good quality.
On the beach, the sun beds are excellent - mesh. But there are mattresses that lie next to the stack and you can put it on a sunbed.
Beach towels were always provided dry.
the sea during this period is warm at about + 24. Comfortable for swimming.
The staff is friendly, except for some people at the reception. On the eve of departure, there was no information at the reception from the time of departure from the hotel and the reception did not even try to look for it, they said no, that's all, although the tour operator sent it to the hotel's mail. This is the first time we have encountered this.
The rooms were cleaned daily.

Pros: everything is fine' food, location, beach, cleaning, guys - bartenders! Well, for an amateur - 80 percent of vacationers are British. They are friendly, but it is difficult to communicate)
Minus the Turks at the reception. I got caught in the day of entry and in the day of exit. Rudely threw the card from the room, did not say anything about the time of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, or anything at all. And then he didn't know how to get a bus to their fountains. A wonderful holiday in Marmaris. A comfortable room with a side view of the sea, yachts, mountains) in the room, the air conditioner worked when we were in the room, and all the electricity was turned on. The corridors were stuffy.. towels were changed every day. Access to the private beach immediately from the hotel through a pedestrian path along the shore. Free sun beds, mattresses, beach towels are recommended to be changed once a day, there were days when it was not possible to change, apparently, the laundry is not coping.. An expensive spa center, I bought a Turkish bath for $ 80, but it was possible in the city for $ 25 from tour operators, the same thing, and they will take you-they will bring you. Buffet-plenty of everything, fruits, wine, sweets, ice cream, coffee from the vending machine. I would like a real Turkish, from Turkey...an exchange point at the reception. We had a great rest, we were only a week away. We would like to come again, we recommend it)

I chose hotels for a long time and in the end, the choice fell on Golden Rock (having initially studied reviews on top hotels, comments on YouTube And so on). A magical place! Very tasty food, cleaning every day, close to the center, opposite a pharmacy with Russian-speaking staff. The hotel is mainly used by tourists from England, Scotland, Poles, Czechs. Alcohol is only local, so it's better to take it with you, or buy it later in Migros (Gordons 800 lira, absolut 1200 lira). There is an evening animation, but in 7 days we found only the white party and bingo (which, by the way, won 2000 lira, which was very nice). Would you like to come back? I think so! But if it's cheaper)

An old hotel, with a dirty beach and the sea. The beach is located in a bay, so the water seems like in a river. There are a lot of yachts, respectively, there are a lot of circles on the water from diesel fuel. The staff is not friendly, the restaurant is dirty, there are no teaspoons. You will stir the tea with wooden sticks (as at the train station in a bistro). Russian Russian is not spoken at the reception (although Russian, German, and English are stated on the site). It's not a five, it's a three by a stretch. I do not recommend the hotel from the word at all!!!

I love Marmaris. This year we had a vacation in Golden Beach. Wonderful, the food is super, the cleaning is regular and clean. Towels are changed every day. The only drawback is the very intrusive and noisy animation, you can't do that. People should still be given the opportunity to rest during the day, at least for an hour, from two to three. But this is purely my opinion, foreigners like it anyway. They are generally constantly sitting by the pool in noisy companies, constantly drinking and blowing something. Well, to each his own. In general, Marmaris is a great place to relax

The hotel is certainly not 5 stars! Our room was on the 6th floor, the corridors were stuffy, only a profitable fan. In a peculiar way, elevators work according to their schedule)). There are lousy umbrellas made of twigs on the shore, they practically do not give shade, I had to hang towels, pareos.
Everything else is great: the sea is amazing, the room service is excellent, the food is beyond words, even too much))), more than half of the dishes offered have not even tasted! There was animation, but we weren't interested in it. The hotel was designed for the Anglo-Saxons, but there are also our fellow citizens. Everything was dignified, noble, smiling at each other, without conflict. There was a young man at the reception who speaks Russian. We filled out a questionnaire when we left!

I really liked this hotel. The territory is very compact, BUT the hotel is located right by the sea, and on the other side there is an exit to the city. The hotel has a great pool with a slide, delicious food, local drinks, but the bartenders try their best. The rooms are in perfect order, there are several bars and points on the territory where you can get something delicious, there is also a shop with everything you need. There is a point on the sea side where you can order a hookah. Of the minuses, I will note a weak Internet, but you can use it, even YouTube works acceptably

Hello! We rested at the hotel from July 22 to August 4, 2024. During this time, the room was cleaned probably 3 times. If I asked the cleaner to pick up the trash or give me toilet paper, she didn't clean that day. It wouldn't bother me too much if it weren't for baby diapers. There were badly washed and broken dishes in the restaurant. On the beach, small straw umbrellas did not protect from the sun. At the same time, there were good umbrellas near the pool. The pool is closed at 18 o'clock, I would like to stay longer. There were moments in the restaurant at lunch when there were no empty tables. The Internet is not working well. On the beach, sun loungers should be occupied in the morning. It was possible not to pay attention to all this, but it was declared 5*!!!

A 7-day vacation at this hotel was wonderful! I definitely recommend it.
The sea is clean and cool, very convenient entrance to the sea. There are enough places on the beach for everyone.
The kitchen is beautiful and varied, the chefs cope with 5+, they pleased my two men)) there is even a diet table.
The room for three is excellent (422), overlooking both the sea and the pool.
The evening entertainment program is fun for both children and adults...

We rested at this hotel 2 times in 2012 and 2014. We liked the hotel, we chose it according to the following criteria: 1 line, new, small territory, since we were traveling with small children so that they would not scatter around the territory, and of course price - quality. The rooms are good, the food was excellent, the beach is on "4", but there was always enough space by the pool and by the sea. The only bad thing is there is no 2+1 placement (when the child is over 2 years old).

This hotel is unlikely to reach 3 stars. The room is not cozy, it was given a view of a noisy road.the TV is small with 2 Russian channels, one for believers.beds with very hard mattresses. Now about nutrition- well, it's just a nightmare. Breakfasts and lunches with a monotonous menu from which you can choose only pizza and fruits. The dinners are more or less good (there is fish and chicken kebab). There is nothing to say about the territory at all - it is a small courtyard in the middle with a small swimming pool. There is absolutely no greenery on the territory. The beach is small, the sun beds are sagging, it is impossible to lie on them. The only thing that pleases is the sea and the climate, but this is not the merit of the hotel. If you like a comfortable stay, this hotel is not for you. The hotel is for local Turks, who make up 80% of all guests

A great hotel, a peaceful place to relax. The sea is cool , the hotel area is small but cozy. You can walk along the paths near the beach , go out into the city . Animations were not observed , but they were not needed either . The staff is very nice and helpful.

We had a rest at the hotel in early September. The location of the hotel is 15 minutes by bus from the center. Beach - cross the boardwalk. The beach is clean. The sea is great. The beach in Icmeler is worse. It was dirty. The buffet is very varied. There was fish, meat and chicken. Lots of salads. A large selection of desserts and fruits. The room is good. I was on the 5th floor. View of the pool. Cleaning every day. Drinking water was supplied every day. The room itself needs minimal renovation. The edge of the wallpaper has moved away in the corner, in the bathroom the glass door on wheels in the shower cabin does not work very well. I think the wheel in the guide is cracked. It's nothing, but it's there. Free internet is available only at the reception in the common room. If you stand on the 5th floor above the reception, then it finishes there. There is only paid internet in the rooms.
THE STAFF SPEAKS RUSSIAN!. At the reception, upon check-in, everything was explained to us (where, what and at what time). The hotel also has a Russian-speaking staff. There were about 20 Russians in the hotel for the entire hotel. Mostly Europeans. We are happy with the hotel. If we go to Marmaris again, then here again.
