A good place
I live in Chelyabinsk myself, but I came to zhitikara to visit relatives and friends
At the end of May 2023, my friends took me to this restaurant, I really liked it, a nice waitress
This year I came and again my friends and I went to golden place, and this time everything was not so perfect(
All the tables and sofas were dirty, the waiter did not come to us for a long time and did not bring dishes, dirty toilets.
It seemed strange to me, because there are always a lot of people in this place, and probably a lot of revenue, but they can't clean up the restaurant

So, I finally managed to get into this much-praised pearl of gitikara.
1) As they repeatedly said in the comments, I had to wait a very long time and until I drew attention to myself, the waiters pretended that I did not exist (with which there were a dime a dozen of them at the cash register, yes, yes, I also noted this)
2) Really loud and disgusting music. I came after work and wanted to relax and unwind, but the local mountain DJ put on disgusting loud music.
3) Now for the rolls that you ordered. Delicious, for a class B institution. The red fish is decent and fresh, I was even a little surprised, but it was cut not closer to the scallop, but to the belly. A huge fila that barely gets into your mouth is a special tricky life hack so that you eat as little fish as possible and as much rice and cheese as possible (to which there are no claims).
4) Green tea bags ... Well, you understand, this is a complete trash. Moreover, the bags are the cheapest. And the water is barely warm.
5) And of course, violation of the law on tips, which will be taken away from you without even asking.
Bottom line: you know, it's not that bad. In any case, this is really the most worthy place in all of Gitikara.

The food takes a very long time to cook, and it tastes disgusting. You can't wait for the waiters, they also don't know anything. There is no service, dirty dishes are not taken away, tables are not wiped. The hall smells of food from the kitchen, all the clothes are soaked with smells. Kids are running around, no one is watching them. The most delicious thing there is bread.I don 't recommend the rest. The toilet is dirty, it stinks, the lights don't work.The waiter brought the soup and the thumb was in it(. Sushi is not made from fresh ingredients . Pizza is not baked. The staff is rude.I'll add that I wrote them a remark on Instagram, they ignored and blocked it!

The interior is beautiful, but … The institution has a weak Internet connection, it is difficult to pay via QR, while there is Wi-Fi, but it is not available to guests. The children's area is in poor condition, the rug has holes, many toys are broken, it is dusty. We took a lamb kebab with us, it was very tough.
