We visited the hotel in October, there are not many people, the hotel is very cozy, the staff is friendly, the bartenders and waiters are polite, they work quickly and neatly. The location is very good, close to the center of Kemer, there is a place to go for a walk. On Wednesday, great live music, the guys are doing well, the repertoire is chosen for all guests (of any nation), the Russians are lighting up as always. The rooms are clean, towels were changed every day, there is a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar. We really liked it, we will definitely come back again.

The sea is the purest. The beach is pebbly, but there were no coral slippers- the entrance to the sea is on comfortable floorings with non-slip mats. I want to come back here again. By the way, you can buy a lot from merchants for Russian rubles. Including juice and ice cream. I liked everything, the sea is really very close, a nice, clean pool (they even checked the pH with us).
The rooms are already old, of course, but cozy, the beds are huge. We had a view of the mountains (and the road), but the view was amazing, I highly recommend it, no one made noise at night, did not interfere with sleep.
The air conditioner worked every other time, when approaching the administrator and complaining about a non-working conditioner.
They clean well if you leave a tip.
The food is more or less normal, but the local cook overcooks the meat.
The water is clean, the beach is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds.
The staff is wonderful and hospitable.

Positive: good breakfasts, lunches, dinners, they are fed "to the slaughter", despite the buffet you still get a whole huge plate of goodies. A huge variety of food: pickles, grill / grill, fruits, greens, cakes. In general, you will not be able to lose weight, do not even dream of Beer, cognac (high–quality, drank a lot, did not have a headache), whiskey from 10 a.m., cocktails in the evening; there is no need to buy anything from food. This is a huge plus. Kind waiters. The hotel is two steps from the sea. There is a pier – you can jump into the sea or go down the stairs (for a comfortable immersion in the water, because there are large pebbles on the beach). Cool pool. Cleaning of rooms once a day (limited to changing towels, did not notice a change of sheets for 9 nights; maybe vacuumed). You can ask to change the room, which we did on the first day. Some waiters and bartenders know +- Russian, which makes your stay much more comfortable. The air conditioner worked fine, although they read about non-working ones in the reviews and were very worried when choosing a hotel.
We visited the massage center. I thank Alika for the wonderful mix massage during the entire 5-day course, which added more buzz to my vacation. I thank the Sultan for his hospitality and kind attitude. I thank my girlfriend who brought me to this salon. I also had a foam cleansing massage with peeling — it's also cool — I recommend it too, at least once to cleanse the skin.
Minuses. Numbers are a roulette wheel. They say the 2nd time you come, they give you a bottle of wine and a room with a sea view. But when the 1st time is kapets. The first room is on the 4th floor, a large window leads to the passage inside the hotel. The light in the room is like in Papa Carlo's closet. The hot water on this floor is not running well. The number was changed. Now the view was better of the neighboring hotel, you could even see the sea. But the noise from powerful compressors does not let you sleep, it makes noise from morning to evening. Somehow, with earplugs, I was able to fall asleep. But there was more light, the water goes well. Beach: 3 rows of sun beds, and then there is the sea — little space. But some visitors swim in the pool, occupying sun beds in the morning, which divides vacationers into two groups and reduces the excitement on the beach for sun beds. Weak Wi-Fi, I bought Internet roaming for more comfort.
In general, we are glad to have a rest, we can return.

I had a rest here in July 2023. I liked everything! The hotel is quiet, without discos and noise after 22.00. Meals for 5+, there is a swimming pool, 50m to the sea. The beach is small and pebbly. The purest sea. The contingent is almost non-Russian. Cleaning is constant, there are no complaints about the staff. The WiFi is weak. After 3* with frenzied crowds in the canteen, this is a wonderful find!

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday. We were in June 2024. The service is 5 points out of 5. The beach is Galichny, of course it is too small, but there is enough space. There is a pier with additional deck chairs, you can swim from it, but the deck chairs are paid - $ 5 per person per day, we bought it, it's better there than on the beach.
There are shops, cafes, tour agencies near the hotel, we took excursions at a travel agency, because the supervising guide turned out to be more expensive. The rooms are good, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle are available.
We liked everything, if we go to Kemer, then only to this hotel.

The only thing that spoiled the impression was the agent of Anex Tour (in the first photo).
A rare liar and a barker - promised an all-inclusive yacht trip, in fact - all according to coupons, which are not enough for an hour out of eight - I want to drink, and for water, beer, wine - 2 for 0.33, the rest for a lot of money. Don't believe a liar!!!

Отель - отличное место для пляжного отдыха.
Прекрасно расположен, свой пляж, обилие зон для отдыха. Атмосфера приглашает к релаксу.
Персонал вышколенный, обслуживает предупредительно и ненавязчиво.
Спа зона располагает хорошим персоналом. Милая уютная Салтан находит подход к постояльцем и готова ответить на все вопросы, помочь и рассказать как и что, и почем). Хорошо говорит по-русски.
Комфортные номера, ежедневно меняют постельное белье и полотенца.
Кухня позволяет выбрать блюда по вкусу.
Обалденные торты, печенья, рахат-лукум, халва и прочие радости. Постоянно что-то новенькое, так и хочется все попробовать- но это нереально!)

отель для нас был идеальный! заселили в 14, номер с красивым видом и на море и на горы, сервис прекрасный, уборка каждый день, обслуживание везде очень хорошее, многие знают русский и конечно английский. питание было тоже очень вкусное, утром завтрак, потом открывался снек бар и обед днём, полдник и ужин. всё по системе шведский стол. был бар с утра и до 12 ночи
пляж отдельная тема, лежаков много, есть пирс, пляж галечный и есть мостик для комфортного входа в море. вода идеально чистая, глубина на 15 метрах от берега ≈4 метра и без очков видно дно. отель без анимации, музыки особо нет, очень тихий, спокойный, приятный и комфортный отель

There is nowhere to dry things in the room - but there is a small folding wall dryer right on this balcony - i.e. you have to dry your underwear right on the shared balcony. But the air conditioner in room 333 was working fine.
2. 10 minutes after check-in on Saturday, June 15, we asked the reception to move us to a room with a balcony. Answer: come on Monday, June 17th - we will move you to room 312.
3. On Monday, June 17th, we were moved to room 312 with a balcony facing directly onto Denise Street. It turned out that the sound insulation in the room was terrible. The sounds from the street keep us awake until 4:00 in the morning. We haven't slept properly for 4 nights. The fact is that Turkish residents really like to drive along this street at night in their cars with powerful speakers installed and listen to various slotting musical compositions at full power.
4. In room 312, the air conditioner rattles and cools very poorly. And in medium and low mode, it does not create air movement at all.
5. In room 312, the water from the bathtub does not go well - apparently there is a blockage.
6. On Friday, June 21, 2024, we asked the reception to move us to a room in which it will be quiet and the air conditioner will work normally. Answer: come tomorrow, June 22, 2024 and we will try to relocate you, but in the meantime we will repair the air conditioner. I'm waiting for repairs - while it rattles just as much and also cools slightly.
7. Some little things: In room 312, the refrigerator door does not close well - you need to make an effort to open and close. It is broken (crushed :)) the table top of the table by the mirror is visible with the eyes, but the table is still holding up.
8. From the good: the food at the hotel, although quite monotonous and occasionally heavily peppered, is quite high-quality - you can choose what to eat. The bar is in good standing. Room cleaning too.

Не раз останавливались в данном отеле, очень удобное расположение, близко к морю и не далеко от прогулочной улицы. Чисто и уютно, персонал всегда доброжелательный, спа центр отличный, процедурами и массажами остались довольны. Что касается территории, небольшая и компактная. Пляж чистенький, шезлонгов хватает всегда. Ассортимент еды не большой, но голодными небыли, всё вкусненько! Отель можно рассматривать для спокойного, тихого отдыха!

The hotel rooms require good cleaning, the hood in the bathtub in the Standard room has not been listed for many years (I attach a photo), the door handles are slamming, they have already served their time. Pillows are a nightmare that requires mandatory replacement. Dust cleaning is also very mediocre. The beach next to the hotel is small, the sun beds are located close to each other, it is very difficult to move between them. The pier is beautiful, there are sun beds for a fee of 5 euros per day per person. I liked the food, the service in the restaurant, and the drinks. I would especially like to mention the snack bar with delicious local pastries. Spas, saunas and fitness are also good. I was very glad that there was no vulgar loud music in the hotel, the general atmosphere was conducive to relaxation.

Для 4* – хорошо и всё как ожидалось. Еда стандартного для 4* качества – лучше чем в 3*, но хуже чем в 5* – есть вполне можно, какой-то выбор есть, есть хорошие арбузы и дыни. Местоположение отличное – рядом собственный пляж и местная достопримечательность – улица-базар. Среди отдыхающих много русских и не только. Бесплатный интернет работает плохо, нужно доплачивать ~10$ за неделю чтобы был нормальный интернет. В остальном не к чему придраться.

Расположение прямо у моря, пляжная полоса узкая, пляж небольшой но чистый.. Персонал ненавязчивый, еда нормальная по вкусу и есть выбор.. Номера хорошие, но отель не новый, надо учитывать, кровать и матрац удобные, достаточно чисто, уборка каждый день..

отдыхали в середине августа, еда вкусная, вход в море с понтона или мостков очень удобно, по четвергам живая музыка,отель очень уютный.

Была лет 5-6 назад. Тогда обслуживание было хорошее, большое разнообразие еды. Вкусно готовили рыбу на гриле и не только. Номер достался хороший, с частичным видом на море. Убирались в номере хорошо. Первая линия, пляж хороший, вода чистая. Твердая 4 не более. На 6 ночей платила 25000 р, все включено. Расположение хорошее, рядом центр, банкомат есть. Как сейчас не знаю, но тогда было хорошо.

Шикарный отель 💕 для тех, кто хочет тишины и релакса, что больше всего радует не навязывают никаких шоу, мероприятий ты отдыхаешь для себя или наслаждаешься с любимым видами, природой и хорошим сервисом. Кухня вкусная, всегда разнообразные блюда, доброжелательный персонал☺️ комната была с шикарным видом на горы 🏔️ уборка номера была через день. Пляж чистый и 😍 отдельное спасибо за шикарные сладости, пирожные просто космос 🚀 мы не моги ими наесться. Нет никаких дискотек и громкой музыки, да это нам было и нужно, мы очень довольны 👌 также же в отеле шикарные бани и бассейн а вишенка на торте это божественный массаж 💆♀️ так что наш отпуск был на все 5 ⭐️
Желаю отелю процветания и побольше гостей 💕 непременно сюда вернемся еще раз

Замечательный душевный отель для своей категории. Достаточно тихо и уютно. Собственный галечный пляж, спуск прямо от бассейна. Мест достаточно. Собственный крытый причал с шезлонгами за отдельную плату. Номера немного уставшие, но все обслуженно и чисто. Уборка и смена белья ежедневная. Кондиционеры работают. Питание замечательное и вполне разнообразно. Персонал безоговорочно внимателен и обходит плен. Круглосуточно все моется и вытирается. Бокалы больше трех минут не задерживаются. Минусы найти сложно. Разве, что придраться. Как и везде, слабоват WiFi. Если говорить о 4****, то в номере нет халатов. Ну и исключительно индивидуально: если просыпаешься рано, то до 7.30 не выпить нормального кофе(только автомат). И вечером наливают до 24.00, а утром только с 10🤣 для кого то может оказаться проблемой. С удовольствием вернусь и посоветую для тихого и спокойного отдыха

Of the advantages, only the location. The rooms are tired, repairs have not been done for a long time. Some of the rooms overlook the courtyard, more like a crypt without windows and daylight. The beach is small, there is no distance between the sunbeds as such, they stand right next to each other. The beach towels are full of holes, no one cleans or dries the sun beds, the sauna in the spa center with nails sticking out in the boards is old, everything creaks and falls off. The food is without frills, there is little meat, vegetables and fruits are enough. There are no complaints about the staff, they try their best. The elevator alone, for 4 people, broke down twice during the 10 days of stay. The reviews are greatly overstated. The main contingent is European pensioners of 70+.

Отличный отель прямо на берегу моря! Приветливый персонал, многие работники отеля говорят по русски, на все вопросы и просьбы сразу откликаются! Номера небольшие, но уютные, чистота, уборка и смена полотенец каждый день! У нас был номер с балконом, с прекрасным видом на горы (жаль, не все номера отеля с красивым видом) Есть лифт. Территория небольшая, но очень опрятная, красивая, пальмы, много зелени! Пляж галечный с чистейшей водой! Лежаки бесплатные, выдают в отеле пляжные полотенца! В шаговой доступности центр Кемера с большим количеством магазинов, кафе, экскурсионных бюро! Улочки чистые, много зелени и цветов! В 10 минутах ходьбы есть автовокзал, откуда можно добраться в близлежащие города на маршрутках. Питание разнообразное, вкусное (каждый день пробовала что-то новое из турецкой кухни) много зелени, овощей, огромное количество выпечки и сладостей, фрукты, в баре бесплатно чай, кофе, вино, пиво, коктейли! На завтрак были очень вкусные банановые панкейки (блинчики), которые каждый день нам пёк приветливый работник отеля Ali Riza. Есть два бассейна - открытый на территории и крытый в спа центре, приятный хамам и сауна! Отель для спокойного отдыха, нет анимации, мало семей с детьми, но нам этот вариант как раз подходил, мы много ездили на экскурсии и путешествовали по окрестностям, а в отеле только отдыхали в тишине!) Практически напротив отеля есть прокат велосипедов, брали напрокат абсолютно новые велосипеды! В Турции были впервые. Очень понравился город Кемер и отель Голден лотус, хочется ещё не раз вернуться!!!

Хочу оставить свой отзыв, про отель. Отдыхали с мужем с 5.10-14.10. Остались в полном восторге. Отель для людей 60+. Просто Супер! Прекрасный персонал, чистота и порядок. Я не гурман еды, нас всё устраивало. Мы ехали , накупаться и отдохнуть. У нас получилось. Отдельное спасибо администратору на ресепшн, прошу прощения имя забыла. Заселил раньше времени и номер дал с балконом т.к. мы курящие. Уезжали в 19.00.сказал , что можно номер освободить в 14.00. Никакой доплаты мы не делали. Всё было на понимание. Конечно этот отель не для отдыха с детьми, что меня и привлекло. Обязательно вернусь. Всему персоналу Спасибо!!!

Ставлю 5 звезд так как для 4 звезд довольно не плохо, расположение и море 5+.
Алкоголь мы не пьем, поэтому про него ничего сказать не могу.
Кола в баре не разбавленная, вкусная.
Еда одноообразная… блюдо от шефа, шеф раздает сам порционно.
И смотрит злым взглядом, ни дай бог попросишь еще.
Не приятное ощущение осталось только от шефа.
Ну и с номером, просили поменять, кормили завтраками нас. Ну мы в итоге и забили, в номер ходили только поспать.
