An amazing hotel, everything is clean, cozy, close to the sea (3-4 minutes), Wi-Fi catches well, there are delicious canteens,cafes, etc.
The administrator Larisa is unreal, you still need to look for such involved people, she told you everything (where to go, how to get there, what you can do in Abkhazia and what you can't), suggested excursions. By the way, the excursions from the hotel are also a Bomb, we went with Vladimir, an amazing person, kind , cheerful, the tour was amazing!
And in general, only positive emotions remained from the rest.
There were no interruptions with light and water!!!!!

They were in early August 2024. The hotel is conveniently located in the area of Gagra railway station! There is a private Parking for 5-7 cars near the entrance! There is a small swimming pool on site, which is well monitored! The territory is clean and tidy! The room has air conditioning, a boiler with hot water, tiles everywhere on the floor!
We lived in 24 rooms on the second floor!
Why did you lower your points?:
-1 ball, this is for the front door to the room! The door is the cheapest cardboard, there is a large gap on the floor through which you can hear everything that happens on the floor! After driving for 17 hours, we wanted to rest from the road, but had to wake up from every noise on the floor, because the audibility is simply enormous! After checking into the room, there was no soap in the toilet, which was provided only on the 3rd day of our stay there! + there should be a safe in the room for 10K!
-1 point for the passive work of administrators! They stick their heads into a mobile phone for inconvenient questions, write off the management, and somehow get rid of their functions! I ask the management to pay attention!
In general, the price is very much overpriced, because for the above price you can find better conditions!

We rested at this hotel, the location to the sea is convenient, 3 minutes on foot. There is a swimming pool, the rooms have everything you need. Everything is clean and tidy. Larisa is a very friendly receptionist, treats each guest with soul and attentiveness, helps to solve all problems, is always friendly and polite. He will tell you everything in detail, conduct, show you. She has a wonderful attitude, it was very nice to relax in this place! But I can not say this about the second administrator Anastasia, I would really like such an attitude from her... Teach her to smile from the bottom of her heart :) As it is, everything is fine. We will definitely come to rest next year and bring friends, provided Larisa works)

In general, there are pros and cons..... If you have an active holiday, then it is quite normal to spend the night
+ close location to the beach , there is air conditioning in the room, hairdryer, soap accessories, towels , refrigerator, TV that worked every other time, balcony , WiFi , kitchen , iron with ironing board on each floor , laundry , the girls at the reception are cool .
Minuses
We ordered a standard room , since we arrived with my husband , the beds were separate, we had to combine them, there was no view from the balcony, interruptions with water and light, pastel colors are not particularly new, not frequent cleaning.
But in general, we were satisfied with the rest.

A nice place in a quiet area of Gagra. One of the advantages is definitely that there are no charming sounds of music from the first line, where some wild, under-the-fence music is always playing. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. There is a summer kitchen, you can cook, tables by the pool, everything is nice and pleasant. The pool itself is small, only a child can swim there, but anyone can cool off in the heat. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. There are shops nearby and taxi drivers /minibuses near the beach.
Of the disadvantages, sometimes there is no electricity and water at the same time. But it's almost everywhere, so I wouldn't even focus on it.

The hotel looks decent, but there are big disadvantages: a 24-hour swimming pool, from where the screams of drunken night bathers all over the neighborhood. Why can't you limit the use of the pool at least until 8 p.m. as in other hotels? The guests of your hotel and the neighboring ones will be able to at least sleep at night.
There is also a gazebo in the hotel, in which, until one o'clock in the morning and longer, I personally had a drunken brawl in July, as a result of which many dissatisfied hotel guests came out in the middle of the night and a fight broke out. The police came. Is there something the hotel administration is doing to prevent this from happening again? There is no one in the hotel to pacify such guests! The guests themselves are forced to defend their right to rest in the middle of the night!

Great hotel!The suites have a cool balcony with sea and mountain views! The pool is very clean. The rooms are cleaned every day! The view from the fifth floor is very beautiful!(But the water outages were a little annoying)

It's not worth the money spent.
In 5 days, we have never had our towels and bed linen replaced. There is no blanket in the room, there are only duvet covers. The bathroom in the room is VERY small, there is practically no lighting, there is also no heated towel rail. We were given a room with a broken shampoo shelf, just put it on the floor (apparently, it will do).
It is impossible to put on makeup in the room, there is a large mirror, but the lighting is very dim, nothing is visible.
There is no cooler in the hotel either, there is only a kettle. There is no coffee machine. There is no Wi-Fi in the room.
The quality of the cleaning is indicated by a photo with a web. Our friends in the next room did not even put toilet paper after cleaning.
And this is for 6 thousand rubles a day without food in the off-season!! We are very disappointed, we do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a rest in the second half of June.
Minuses:
The room turned out to be very small. The bathroom is small and there is very little light in it. The balcony is not a balcony, it is very small. There are no hooks in the room at all, and there are no shelves in the closet. Just a few hangers. There is nowhere to put things at all. And most importantly, the mattress is terribly springy.
Positive:
Thank you to the manager Larisa for her responsiveness and solving all issues.
There is a kitchen and all the utensils. The kitchen is always cleaned.
Generally, everything is clean enough.
Cleaning is daily and thorough. Even sometimes it was too much with the laying out of things.
There is a swimming pool. It is also very clean. There are tables and ball chairs near it. It's very cozy in the evening.
You can stay as a couple. And I would not recommend it with children.

The location is 50 meters from the railway line, that is, you can hear the rumble and honk of steam locomotives every time. There is a school nearby, respectively, on weekdays cars are driven back and forth right in front of the hotel entrance. Bed linen and towels are poorly laundered, they bring information when changing, although they already have spots in places. Also, all these linen and towels stink of dampness, because apparently they cannot be properly dried and the clothes dryer stands right in the aisles between the floors.

We are very disappointed in this hotel, we stayed with my husband for 4 days, the standard room, the room is small, the smell of eternal dampness, the spring mattress is terribly uncomfortable, what is most disgusting is far from new towels and bed linen, which will not become cleaner no matter how much you wash. They did not refuse to change the towels, but it was of little use. The room had a tiny balcony where the dryer wouldn't even fit, there was a rope stretched where little could fit. Since there was a kitchen on site, there was no kettle or any utensils in the room. The TV was showing intermittently. The sound insulation is weak. Of the advantages, there is a kitchen and a swimming pool on the territory, which probably saved everyone during the power outage, there are also no diesel engines at the hotel. The sea is 5-10 minutes from the hotel. This is taking into account the not low price per day, in New Athos at the same price we rented a good hotel without any of these disadvantages.

We rested at this hotel from 07/20.
24 to 07/26.24. Only positive impressions remained. The room was cleaned every day, the water was not turned off, the light was also on.Both in the hotel itself and on its territory there has always been order! Everything was just great!!! Many thanks to the administrator Larisa, a wonderful person!!! I didn't want to leave.

I do not recommend this hotel. They do not inform you in advance that there is no elevator and walking up to the 4th floor is still a pleasure . 8 thousand for a room where the Windows overlook the garbage , well , so - so . WiFi does not catch the Internet at all. My back has never hurt like this, disgusting mattresses where the springs dig into my back . Fall for the beautiful packaging and inside you understand .

Not one star only because of the very good hotel administrators. The girls are just a miracle-they tried their best to help in any situation.
The hotel is not suitable for families with children at all. Let's start with the fact that the first two floors are quite battered. The next three floors are completed later. There is no elevator. Constant power outages. In our room, where we lived for 11 nights, the refrigerator did not work for a day. The washing machine is almost constantly running, which makes noise like an airplane😖

You can be accommodated on the fifth floor. There is no elevator. They won't look at your cool age, the presence of small children, and heavy suitcases. They don't give a damn there at all, in a relaxed way.
Also, either boiling water or ice water flowed from the tap in our room. It didn't work out properly to take a shower.
The repair was done on the dump.
And so clean. But we will not come any more and we do not advise anyone

If you want to spoil your vacation, you are definitely here!
Here you will find (apparently) the owner of Alaska, who will gladly tell you in raised tones that you are a stupid and inattentive woman.. and that's why you'll be climbing up to the fifth floor without an elevator all your vacation.. and you will not be resettled. The hotel is full (which of course is not the case)
230 meters to the sea there is probably also in its value system.. since you need to go to the sea bypassing the railway through the private sector and a flooded crossing.
The transfer offered by the hotel is more expensive than it is on the beach.. the service itself is very questionable
After lifting with a suitcase (no, carry it yourself - the fact that it is heavy and there is no elevator is your problem) and the ora of such a wonderful owner with a personality transition - we decided to urgently look for another place to live.. And they found it quickly enough
Do not repeat our mistakes - book normal hotels, not a private house, which for some reason they decided to call it that.. not knowing what kind of name and such money usually provide the service

The hotel is not worth the money. The cleaning is dirty, the bathroom has poor sound insulation. It feels like water is being poured in your room, although the neighbors are bathing. Beds, generally a quiet horror!
