A comfortable place to spend a pleasant time, we often go to lunch / dinner with friends.
The hot dishes are good, we especially recommend baked salmon with potatoes and mushrooms.
Desserts are great, especially waffles!
Elizabeth specially specified the list of dishes for me (I follow the nutrition) and brought it on a piece of paper. Thank her! Brightened up our evening!

Awful. We've been to Golden before, next to Nemiga, there's something to compare it with, and we expected something different.
On 29.04, the choice of the institution fell on Golden in Greencity.
Waitresses are rude. We ordered a lot of food, and after a while the waitress asked if a third person would come to us... strange, but okay. When we were already eating, another woman came up and asked: "Is everything okay with the dish?" As if something was supposed to be wrong with it…
The lettuce in the salad is sluggish and bitter. Sour whiskey is disgusting, bittersweet, as if without syrup at all. It's all nonsense.
The hot dishes arrived even before we ate the salads, everything was cold… We ordered pork wrapped in bacon. I chewed with difficulty and there were already questions "why is that?" Almost all the pieces were filled with sauce, but the last one, which was raw (just red fibers, and it's not dried blood), turned out to be without sauce and we noticed the red meat, raw! The waitress was called, she saw that it was raw and just took it to the kitchen to ask the cook. I ran back and forth several times. I couldn't explain why the meat was red and bloody. She behaved as rudely as possible. She couldn't explain how it was prepared, she said that the meat was cooked in a film for 3 hours, then baked. She called the receptionist over. She said everything completely differently.
The mood was already spoiled, we didn't spoil it further and didn't swear. The hall was empty, not a single employee (it was like this all the time, we waited sooooo long for even dirty dishes to be taken away from us, which was in the way. The girl sometimes ran past the table). We had to get up from the table and go look for at least someone to be dismissed.
Another burger story: do you have gloves on your kids? Neither my arm would fit, nor my boyfriend's arm, logically.
Mojito has one price on one list and another on the other. We didn't find out which one was true.
We'll never come here again! And if you don't want to spoil your evening, choose another place to relax. The opinion about Golden has changed 180 degrees. The food is not worth the money, it is not tasty. Drinks too. Service 0, employees do not know their tasks and do not know how to communicate with guests.

We came to the institution on 02/05/25 with a group of girls , a friend had a birthday . We took several dishes , one of the dishes was tartare , it feels like we gave the last one , we saw such a small portion for the first time . But that's not the worst, we ordered a salad.... To be honest, it looks better in the dining room , below you can see the photo on the menu and what they brought me. I took this salad to the waiters, to which they replied, "do you want us to mix it for you as in the photo" ... uh, no thanks! Later we ordered desserts, the desserts were very tasty, but they brought a cake to my friend who had a birthday (just with all the desserts, they put it on the table and said "this is for your birthday" ) thank you very much! We all tried the dessert that was given as a gift to our friend, and it was DISGUSTING, it barely broke with a fork, not fresh, dried up! The mood is ruined.....

I just wanted to send it, but I had to have breakfast. We could smooth out the negativity and somehow get out of the situation, maintaining a normal attitude, but no one cares about it, so I sincerely advise you not to go here in a good mood. But if you want to snap at someone and yell, it's fine.

23.04.2025. We were with a friend today, celebrating my birthday. We booked a table for 13 o'clock in advance. We arrived a little earlier. Veronica, the waiter, kindly invited us to the table. During lunch, Veronica was polite and attentive. The dishes ordered were delicious, freshly prepared and aesthetically decorated. Thanks to the chef for his level of professionalism, Veronica for her friendly attitude towards the client, and the administration for their sensitivity and responsiveness.

After the request, the napkins were brought as if they had been thrown on the table. They reacted mockingly to the question about the composition of the classic salad, but could not immediately answer — they clarified.
We waited 45 minutes for pancakes and pasta.
Fiasco: the waitress's antics when she walked away from our table, maybe she thought we weren't seeing... this is the first time in my life…

We do not recommend this institution, the service leaves much to be desired, the waiters are slow and walk with dissatisfied faces. In order for the bill to be brought to us, we had to call the waiters three times, who at that time were just standing behind the bar and talking to each other, not paying attention. The food is normal, but the staff spoils the whole impression and does not make you want to come back again. The service, dear guys, is not golden at all.

It's a disgusting place, probably the most terrible of this chain (GC on Bogdanovich is the best). We tried both delivery and inside, the result is the same: wasted money, time and unjustified expectations. We ordered a dish, but the meat turned out to be spoiled, the vegetables "lay down". This is outrageous! Getting poisoned for that kind of money? No, thank you. To be fair, the conflict was resolved, but unpleasant impressions remained. I don't recommend this place.

On Sunday, she brought the whole family to the institution. The landing was empty, 1 table was occupied (they came after us), as a result, we waited for cheesecakes for about 50 minutes, and donuts for more than an hour. The pitch has deteriorated badly in a couple of months. The cheesecakes were simply doused with sour cream (previously, the serving was much better). There was no cherry sauce at 10 a.m. The impressions were very spoiled.

Very... no, not just "Very", but a VERY extensive menu in which everyone will find something for themselves. Sometimes there is a risk of dying hungry due to indecision, because there are many dishes, and sometimes choosing a few turns out to be an impossible task, because the size of these portions is exactly what you got to your grandmother)
The staff is friendly, well-mannered and sociable, there are absolutely no complaints about customer service.

We stopped for lunch on March 8th. While waiting for a table to be vacated, I looked at the menu: I saw a lot of different pancakes and decided that this is exactly what we will stop here for. 5 minutes of waiting until a table is available, 15 to get acquainted with the menu and the choice of dishes. After a couple of minutes, the waiter went and, when asked to give out pancakes, replied that there were no pancakes. At this point, 20 minutes of my time had already been wasted. Okay. We took a salad each. I'm waiting for my Greek salad with all sorts of different breadcrumbs, olives and pesto sauce. In the picture, this is exactly what is in the fat, although the menu simply says "Greek salad". As a result, they brought me a salad that does not contain breadcrumbs, olives and pesto sauce =)
The waiter left to clarify what was what, as a result, the answer was "the manager said that this is such a salad, and the picture is for beauty."

The hall was half full. They waited for the bill for a very long time, they reminded him about it 2 times, the second time Pavel grunted something rudely between moves, as a result they came to pay off themselves, while Pavel, like the other employees standing next to him, stood with a stony face and a look down. Pavel silently handed over the terminal, not bothering to ask about a possible account split. The food is normal. On the whole, it's disgusting, because of this attitude, you don't set foot here anymore.
