The main advantage of the hotel is its location two minutes from Registan Square. The hotel is small, the corridors are narrow, the bathroom is cramped. There is a parking lot.

A nice and fairly fresh hotel located in the immediate vicinity of Registan, right behind the famous restaurant of the Mountains. The rooms are small but cozy. The bathrooms are small with a shower tray and a small triangular sink, but for one night it's the best. The mattresses are very hard, which is very good for the back after long walks. The only disadvantage is the audibility through the doors.

The hotel is located almost opposite the main attractions, very convenient! There is a great restaurant nearby, where you can have a delicious and inexpensive lunch. The rooms, although small, are very cozy. Very clean, comfortable mattresses. Of the disadvantages:
I would like to have more hangers in the closet and in the cold season (we were in January) there is not enough heating in the shower (at least you need to put an electric heater or underfloor heating). Otherwise, everything is fine, incredibly friendly staff, I definitely recommend the hotel!

The location is great.
The rooms could have been bigger, especially the bathroom (an inconvenient tiny corner sink). Therefore, minus one star.
They were put in the wrong room that they booked (without a balcony, although they booked for a month and a half), only the difference in cost was paid as compensation. Therefore, minus the second.
