I did eyelash extensions in this salon. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the result.
- the salon did not warn that their price was almost 2 times higher, they said this only after the end of the service
- the master did not remove the remaining eyelashes after the last build-up
- the expectation / reality, to put it mildly, did not match at all, then it turned out that the master did not increase all the eyelashes, missed half, left without extensions
- the eyes turned red after the procedure, possibly due to poor-quality materials. In 3 years of eyelash extensions, this happens 2 times
- and the next day, the eyelashes began to fall off, and without my own, only the extended ones
When I described the whole situation to the salon, they agreed to make a refund. But there is also a story in a million 🙈
They took off the extension that the master did, there was a remover on my eyelashes, which I was asked to wash off to go to the toilet myself. Usually the master himself does this carefully with a cotton pad, but apparently not in this salon, they send it to the toilet here
The refund was 50%, almost 1000 liras were charged for consumables, for which such an amount was never understood.
In general, I do not recommend visiting this salon. Perhaps someone has some positive reviews about him. But after this situation, I started asking my friends and many people the same interesting stories with this beauty salon
I would have agreed to the amount of almost 6 thousand rubles for the build-up if I had been provided with a high-quality service. I was not satisfied with the salon
