Lovely and friendly administrators. I get a lot of pleasure from maniukr. In addition to manicure, you can make eyebrows, it's just a delight, And there is a studio next to the house, which is very important to me. In short, I advise everyone.

I had a pedicure three times, and all three times I had to file the pedicure at home, since it was simply not wearable due to very sharp corners. All three visits to my request were ignored by the masters :)
The last two times the toenails were constantly breaking and there were cracks, again it was more logical to remove the length (I don't see the point in the length on the legs) and not to make the ends sticking out. The third time I came to repair some nails, apparently the nails were not even strengthened in any way, they just re-coated the varnish over the crack. As a result, all the cracks returned the next day, it is impossible to walk with such nails, since at least it is dangerous. At home, again, everything had to be redone, I will not go to this salon anymore. About the manicure, a friend went to the salon, constant complaints that the gel itself simply disappears and does not hold. It can be seen that masters often change in the salon, and gradation by master / top master, etc. is absolutely meaningless. You need to raise the general level of skills of all the masters, and only then do services to clients. The service, service, etc. is good, everything is pleasant, but first of all you need to be professional and listen to the opinions of your customers. In principle, I was surprised that they took money from me for repairs. But considering that friends went to this salon and spoke only negatively about the works of the masters, I am not surprised at anything) I definitely do not recommend this salon.

I have been going to this studio for six months now) the administrators are friendly, they will always meet and offer treats. The masters know their job, very friendly girls.I go with a manicure for 3-4 weeks , not a single crack or chip . The atmosphere in the studio is pleasant. I've had a coated manicure twice. My nails are complicated and the cuticle treatment is heavy, as it is very dry. All the girls coped perfectly twice, even though they had different masters, there is nothing to complain about. I advise you, there are really good craftsmen here.

I very rarely write reviews and, as a rule, good ones, but in this case, I can't write a good review.
I signed up at this studio for removal + manicure + long-term coverage on June 14 at 19:00 (Friday), they called the day before, said that the master was ill and the recording needed to be rescheduled. Rescheduled for June 22 at 10:00 (Saturday). I did not take into account that on a weekend transport does not go there (from my house) and I was 10 minutes late. I warned you that I would be late. I must say right away that I did not have a coating on my nails, but I was recorded for 2 hours, taking into account the delay, I had 1:50 time left and I needed a regular manicure with a monochrome dark color coating. The master said that since I was late, she would only be able to make a nude coating for me, and there would not be enough time for another color. But I can't figure out what difference it makes which color to cover? Does the coating time depend on the color? I do manicures all the time, but this is the first time I've encountered this. And then she said that she would not have time to do nude either. As a result, I did only the processing. At 11:10, I already left the studio, it turns out that in the 50 remaining minutes, the master did not have time to finish the coating? For me, of course, it was a shock. As a result, I was left without a normal manicure, I no longer had the opportunity to sign up somewhere, but I needed it for the event.
p.s. I went to one master for a very long time, but unfortunately she left and now I am in search of a new master, but so far I have not been able to find him.

I've been to the studio twice. The first time I did a pedicure and manicure, the second time a pedicure. For the first time, Elena was the master. We started with a pedicure. Nail treatment is quite acceptable, I practically did not process the heels, saying that the legs are trouble-free. Having done a pedicure, she began to do a manicure with the same tool. When I asked her to change the instrument to a sterile one, she said, why? These are your legs and your hands. I insisted on taking a clean, sterile instrument, which the master was looking for all over the studio. Found. The coating was passing pretty well. I decided to give a second chance. She came, got to another master, and again twenty-five. When asked to open a tool with me, the whole studio was looking for one set of tools with dissatisfied faces. The coating lasted a week, and it's a pedicure. Don't set foot there anymore

This studio was advised by a friend, she did a manicure + pedicure complex from different masters and more than once, they cope with their task by 10/10, the staff is polite, they always offer tea / coffee, the studio has a pleasant atmosphere
