The hotel is wonderful with a beautiful garden, of the advantages there is a heated swimming pool, a tennis court, mini golf and many places for a pleasant stay, the rooms are basically normal , the service and cleaning are excellent, of the disadvantages there is no Wi-Fi or barely works, and the biggest minus is the sea, that's right it's not there at all, even swimming from pantone will not deliver you will enjoy the minimum fencing with buoys for swimming , there is no reef and fish at all 😑 if your priority is to stay in a hotel with a beautiful territory and good service , then you can go and so look at something more decent , animation at the level of primitive anime

A good hotel, not new, the rooms are clean, cleaning every day, there is a heated pool, buffet food, a variety of dishes, there is meat, fruits too. There are several restaurants on site, you need to sign up for dinner. The beach is clean, bottled beer is poured, strong alcohol is also available, everything is decent, diving is also possible on site. Water park and ice cream for children. It was windy in early December, it's better to dress warmer in the evening, you need to take warm clothes with you, in the afternoon it warms up at 11 a.m. and the sun is scorching, you can get burned, you definitely need to use sunscreen, towels are provided on the beach, the bottom is sandy and shallow, to swim an adult needs to walk to the pier. There is nothing to do outside the hotel, unless you go on an excursion. We had a great rest.

A wonderful hotel for a family holiday!
We had a rest in September 2024.
A huge territory! Clean and cozy. A large number of vacationers, 90% of whom are families with children. There are very few Russian tourists. The main part of tourists are Germans and Arabs. Apparently, this is why the staff practically does not speak Russian. Everyone knows the basics of English: from waiters and cleaners to administrators. It was not difficult to explain to the staff.
The rooms are modest (which is probably why the hotel has only 4 stars), but there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The water supply in the room is replenished as needed.
We were vacationing in Hurghada for the first time, so we were quite surprised by the sea! It's very small here! From the shore to the buoys, the depth is not more than 50cm! But even at such a shallow depth, there is already life! We bought masks and "swam")))
On the beach, as well as in general in the hotel, very polite and attentive staff.
Despite the large number of vacationers, there were enough sun beds and towels for everyone!)
Food. The main restaurant has two large halls. The first is the main one: snacks, hot meals, drinks. The second one is fruits, sweets, pastries. The menu is sooo diverse. For every taste, including your favorite French fries! Special thanks from the children for this! The grill area is outside. A variety of fish, chicken and beef are on the menu daily. Alcohol for an amateur) local wine of very poor quality. Cocktails are low-alcohol and, to my taste, sugary-sweet Bottled beer is decent, but cups... It's a song! 100-150 milliliters Max)
5 a la carte restaurants on the territory : American burger restaurant, German restaurant, Italian restaurant, Japanese restaurant, fish restaurant. Convenient recording in an electronic terminal. Plus bars by each pool. The two main pools are connected by a river, which gives the area a special charm) A water park with four blocks of slides. The children are delighted!
Of the disadvantages, perhaps, I can name one, although it did not bother us at all. The hotel is located outside the city, about 15-20 km from the airport. There is no infrastructure around the hotel. And active construction is underway. But everything you need for recreation, as well as a pharmacy and a souvenir shop are located on site.

Finally, about the unpleasant..
The airline RedWing, as it turned out, does not presuppose pre-check-in for the flight, as a result, there are places at the toilet both there and back... it's magical, considering that the flight lasts 6 hours....
We bought a ticket to AnexTour. The only meeting with the guide happened on the bus on the way from the airport to the hotel! The next day, at the appointed time, the guide did not show up for the meeting, although we waited for him for more than an hour at the reception. Later, he left a note with the phone number in the door of the room. But he never replied to our messages. Information about the return flight was also not received from him. I had to solve the issue on my own through the administrators. The name of the guide is Mahmoud. Tel. +20(289-95-699)...
But all these are technical issues and have nothing to do with the hotel.
Overall, we are very happy with the hotel, however, if you are planning a relaxing holiday without children, this is definitely not your option)
