The work is abominably structured. The arrival was scheduled three days after the request. I arrived at 9 a.m. As a result, they said leave it, we'll see during the day... Think about it, we'll just SEE during the day! Tin. That is, it had to wait 3 days to leave it for another day so that they would only deign to consider it. The service does not care deeply about the fact that the majority of people need a car every day and all day long. In short, I left for my own country... A tale of lost time. I do not recommend it.

I applied to replace the front axle bearings in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They have absolutely no idea about the maintenance of this unit, the bearings are clamped so much that the poor fellows turned blue, which led to premature wear and chip formation, which led to gear wear. The front corbelled shaft was installed without a protective cover on the joint, which led to its wear and subsequent replacement. Mostera Dmitry and Andrey (who were engaged in repairs) are definitely not competent in repairing this node. I do not recommend this service before servicing your car.

There are no comments on the quality of the work, the price level is above average. The only reason why there is no desire to visit this service is the negligent attitude towards the client on the part of the master receptionists. This manifests itself in the absence of discounts for consistency (my bills are 500-600 bel. rubles), forgetfulness to call to inform the approximate amount of work and the time of readiness, indifference to the condition in which the car is issued (stained steering wheel, spare tire is not fixed, the hood was forgotten to close) and the card payment terminal refusing to work as soon as the repair amount exceeds 100 rubles (I don't mind that the staff steals from the owner and underpays taxes, but you 'steal' from me, depriving me of cashback and creating inconvenience by forcing me to go to an ATM). I can recommend only those who pay in cash and who have plenty of time to inspect the issued car, return to the master, bring him to the car and poke at all the jambs like a kitten.
I drove the car for maintenance, along the way I asked to deal with the air conditioner and I was worried about several questions about electrics. I took the car that was already repaired. It's convenient that everything can be done in one place. I also used the services of a car wash here, I was also satisfied.

I have applied here several times. Once the hub bearing was changed, the other time the rear suspension was almost completely sorted out, and I stopped by several times for small things. A normal service station, the price tag is quite acceptable. There were no complaints about the work. They explained everything clearly and showed what was wrong, they ordered all the details on the spot. In general, I like it. I recommend.
