I was in the salon today, positioning myself as a luxury and premium, the receptionist sat with a sullen expression on her face, without even offering water! I was booked for a manicure at 18:30 to Master Nurly, the administrator came up to her and put the client on 8. The master began to hurry, did not treat the cuticle properly, crookedly cut her nails, there was not even a roller on the table, she had to hold it over the lamp!
As a result, she began to paint over 4 fingers at once 😱naturally, the entire coating was numb, and the untreated cuticle just began to stick out in different directions! I told the master about this, in general, she didn't care when she came to pay, the administrator didn't even ask if I liked the manicure / service, just asked me to pay and that's it!
I came home upset, wrote to the salon's Instagram account, to which they thanked me for the feedback and just offered 10%.
I asked for the manager's number or to redo the manicure. As a result, we agreed to redo it on another day.
At Gold Star, I got a haircut and did nanoplasty. I liked the salon very much, and the receptionist was very polite, offered tea with sweets! But, the nanoplasty itself and the haircut were not particularly liked.
