I asked my friend to order a bouquet as a gift, according to the photo I chose a bouquet worth 36 rubles with a request, add bush roses up to 50 rubles, change the wrapping paper to plain and + counted on delivery, as a result, for a bouquet of 50 rubles, delivery from this cost is free. What did you get as a gift from me?!? For some reason, the florist decided to add a healthy chrysanthemum to the center instead of bush roses, who asked?!the person to whom the bouquet was intended is allergic to chrysanthemums, of course no one added roses, the only thing was that the packaging was changed, as requested, BUT this is the only thing that was taken into account in the client's wishes! In general, if the bouquet was ordered in advance and you do not know what flowers you will have, you need to coordinate this with the client, and not do it to your taste when there was no such task. Thank you for not adding the fern! I'm just furious, I would be in Mozyr, I would definitely find time to come in and say hello!!
