We had a vacation with children in early June 2022.I liked the hotel, everything is clean. The food is good: meat, fish, mussels.There are always sun beds. The beach is great, the approach is smooth and the water is clean! We would like to come there again.

We stayed at this hotel from July 4 to July 12, 2022.
About everything in order. I put 3 stars on the hotel, it definitely does not reach the stated 5 ultra.
Let's start with the pros of course:
The hotel has a very large and, most importantly, green territory. The main building is round, it looks like a stadium, it is illuminated in the evening and at night, it is very beautiful. there are 2 buildings for living and separate bungalows, in one of which we lived.The bungalows are located along the coastline of the sea, so the view is beautiful. You come out of it and after 20 meters there is already the sea. There is also not so much traffic, since most of the guests are located in buildings A and B, so there is always silence, a feeling as if you live on a sparsely inhabited island.
Rooms. The rooms are new, spacious, very clean, cleaning was carried out every day, there is nothing to complain about.
Beach. The hotel has 3 beaches, so there are no problems with sun loungers and a large number of people. One beach is located in a bay and there are no waves, it is very convenient if you are with children, the second beach is for wave lovers and the third beach is very large and shared with a couple of hotels, in general, everyone will find a comfortable time at sea.
On the territory of the hotel. There are 4 pools, one of which is 16+, children are not allowed to swim there and therefore there is always silence. And 2 communal swimming pools. And one indoor pool. There are also 6 water slides. There were no problems with sun beds, you could always find a free one. There is a gym, also with sea views and a lawn tennis court (included in the price).
Bar. There are many bars on site. One of which is in the main building working around the clock. You can also drink star bucks coffee every day from 12-17, which is also included in the price.
Now let's move on to the cons:
Food. After reading the reviews, I was very surprised, because there was absolutely no variety in the food. We ate the same thing every day. On the last day of rest, we didn't even have breakfast. There was no seafood at all (I compare it with the four we were in a year ago, everything was much simpler there, but the food was very tasty and varied). The only thing was that snack bars were open during the day and you could eat burgers, pizza, or a sandwich with salmon or chicken. In general, I put a bold minus here .
Animation. Every day from 21:00-22:00 there is a children's disco. Everything is great with this, the children are happy and happy. Then the evening show begins. Boring. Every day it's some kind of acrobats, dancing and performances. There was no interaction with the guests, no contests that Russians love so much, nothing like that. They played their show and broke up. Therefore, you will not be able to have fun at this hotel.
Relationship. In general, the attitude of the staff is normal. But this year, for some reason, Germans are given great preference, there are a lot of them, there are practically no Russians, probably we met 10 people during our entire vacation. It is not the first time in Turkey, there is no such warm welcome as usually happens in Turkey to Russians, they did not feel it.
Wi-Fi. When you check into the room, you are automatically connected to Wi-Fi. It is free and catches very well throughout the hotel. But. When checking out of the room, as usual at 12:00, it turns off automatically, although we left the hotel late in the evening, no one opened it to us until the evening, it was very unpleasant.
The hotel itself is located on a peninsula, so if you want to go somewhere by yourself, it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the bus stop, and uphill, it's a little hard in the heat. I will not return to this hotel anymore.

We had a vacation with our family in September 2021. Everything is fine, the hotel is great. There are imported drinks at the bar (but you need to ask) But there is one BIG DISADVANTAGE of discrimination against the nation. Germans are given great preference. Everything is in their language. They don't know about Kazakhstan here, they haven't called our country on animation more than once. There are representatives of non-traditional orientation. Dishes in the alyakard restaurant with chips.

Everything is great, beaches, food, entertainment, but room cleaning is something!!! We had a rest for 5 people in a 2-room family room, 3 towels, how about us if 5 people and the sea need to wash !? And the replacement is only when you meet with the cleaner, no soap is given every day, no shampoos or shower gel. And today I was faced with the fact that even the garbage was not taken away, I ran a mop around randomly and even around the garbage and just a shock went away, the trash was small for five, we put it in a pocket and the bottle was tired from under the water! And she walked past and didn't even look into the toilet. What a 5* hotel, even a 3* one, and they clean it better!!!

The hotel is tired!The attitude at the reception towards Russian speakers is terrible!Priority to the Germans.if your turn has come and a German has assaulted you, everyone has forgotten about you.The main restaurant is small, 4 for food , it is better not to drink alcohol there, there was no champagne at all, the vodka was with a white sediment.Some rooms have cold tiles on the floor and they won't even give you slippers, I'm just silent about a piece of soap, you won't wait for it!Yes, there are 3 beaches, but dirty, and with protruding fittings!We were from November 4 to November 11 and it was a horror for us, we were settled in one building, then they said that it was being closed and moved to the main one, although we were supposed to be settled in the main one, they bought a room not standard, but a premium type, but they didn't care about us, in the end we ended up with cold tiles on the floor, a dirty shower, torn curtains, and most importantly, the door to the balcony was poorly closed. Vacation ruined this hotel!The tour operator let us down!

I give the hotel 3 stars. 1-location , 2-view from the windows ,3-large balconies . For those who want to do shopping, this hotel is clearly not suitable , since a taxi to the Novamall shopping center is $ 40 or to Alanya is € 28 . That is, 30-40 minutes on the way. From Antalya airport 1.40min. But this hotel has good views from the rooms, the first line, large balconies for the whole family. Food for three, where the sea wants the sea, and the maximum for the hotel is grilled fish or deep-fried squid. Upon check-in, they did not give slippers , bathrobes , toothbrushes (on the second day after lunch they barely brought them, called and went down to the reception desk so as not to forget). I noticed the curtains were dirty , there was mold in the shower in places , and everything seemed to be pulling for a three and not five , in Egypt a three looks like that .There is no ice cream . Towels and bathrobes can have threads sticking out or with holes .

We had a rest in July 2021. I liked everything very much. The beaches are empty, the sea is beautiful, the food is good. The room was cleaned very well. I can't say anything about animation, we didn't go to it. We will definitely go to this hotel next year.

I do not recommend it. We arrived ahead of the check-in time and have not yet paid 50 American rubles. We have not been settled. If we had no children, we would have waited without any problems, but the representatives of the hotel could have met us halfway. Employees pretend that they do not understand what is being discussed when you ask them to fix and bring something into line. He asked to be moved twice, because the air conditioner did not work, they refused to fix it for some reason, or there was a frank smell from the sewer in the room, then the plaster fell off the ceiling in the shower. I'm not talking about the main hotel, but those that are near the coastline. Everything seems to be fine for food, but the Germans are being licked, and they put a bolt on our people. I understand that everywhere there is a "step-ruble", but there must be some reasonable limits. I do not recommend this hotel, I would not go a second time and subsequent ones.

Good afternoon, everyone! We had a rest in the Turkler area in early May 2019. On the territory of the Golden Island hotel, there is a Blue peace recreation center, a very interesting place ;) We got there by accident, walking along the pier. We just came to feed the fish, of which there are a lot! For both a child and an adult, this place makes an impression! Unexpectedly, we met Ramil and his friendly company, which organizes yacht trips, fishing and diving! I never thought that I would have the courage to take a chance and plunge, in the truest sense of the word, into the underwater world! It was amazing! Feelings are still overwhelming! I am not a fan of extreme sports, but thanks to Ramil and Dido (diving instructors), I decided to take this step and I do not regret it! Because if you follow your fear, you may not see the wonders that surround us! The guys explained everything to me, told me everything and were always there for me! Thanks to them for their patience and for the fact that now the desire to dive has grown even more! Do not miss your opportunity to relax not only in the sun and just swimming in the sea, but also diversify your vacation with a yacht trip, diving or fishing! Take a look at them! I advise everyone! We believed the reviews and decided to spend our honeymoon here. Don't repeat our mistakes. You are welcome. The hotel is old, there is rust everywhere, our room just at least changed the linen and washed the floor properly only after 2 days of disputes with the administration. The cherry on the cake was poisoning on the 3rd day of "rest". Naturally, the hotel did not admit that we were poisoned by them, although they tried to appease us: they washed the room once, finally normally (wow, super service for a five-star hotel), brought food to the room, gave 20 minutes of massage. Hence the conclusion that they perfectly understand that the fault is on them, there is stupidly nowhere near the hotel to go even to get poisoned.
About the poisoning: they tried to prove to us that there was no mass poisoning, so we are to blame, but firstly: the poisoning could have been stupid because of the staff, the bartender, for example, drops a glove on the floor right in front of our eyes, and then puts it on his hand as if nothing had happened, only after a minute of bickering he decides to change it. It is quite possible that this was done with that piece of the most strange meat pie, on which the main suspicion hangs. Secondly, we found at least 1 more person purely by accident, who was poisoned around the same days.
But even if the poisoning had not happened, the hotel could not be recommended in any case - we felt like collectors who beat out the services that we were supposed to.
The staff is mostly adequate, they understand perfectly well that they have a lot of joints, but they can't do anything about it.
