Everything is fine, but the doors won't close in the room. Unknowingly, we were sleeping with the door open, anyone could come in, they say, and it was clean and cozy!! There's a big problem with the water on the top floors, sometimes it's icy, sometimes it's boiling, there's no middle ground! How's a one-night stand going to work?

It's a good hotel, there are basic living conditions... I doubt about the stars, of course. Of course, if there was cable TV and the water in the shower was running smoothly, it would be wonderful. In general, it is possible to live, but 3 stars and the price that customers pay must still be earned... The staff is polite and courteous, which is important.

Friendly staff, delicious cuisine. The room is clean. There is a walking park nearby. If we are still in Astana, we will definitely choose you! I thank all the staff for their warm hospitality.
