A minute later, this store writes to Viber, I just don't say hello, but "Write" Well, actually I write that I would like to take out a loan or installments, etc., They answer me "installments don't work yet")))) Okay. 2 days later, on June 20, I decided to place an order through their website, an email arrived that the order was accepted and being processed, it was about 11 a.m. it's been all day, it's still being processed apparently. People do not recommend such stores, overpay a couple of rubles and buy elsewhere, such a boorish attitude towards customers for cash or credit is not important, it's terrible. And now, when I wrote a review, I read people's comments and I will say that I am not surprised....

On May 20, I'm calling myself to clarify. the answer is that the bikes have not arrived yet, but in any case, I will dial you today, since there is still a call on orders. of course, no one called me. and the bike was needed by May 22 (for the child's birthday). I'm calling 21, I say - you promised to dial yesterday and did not dial. in response, they shouted at me that I was talking in the wrong tone, that actually no one had promised anything, and in general order at another store in that case!! the bikes have just arrived, I do not know what other colors there are! - that's the kind of service. By the way, today is May 29, no one called me, my order was apparently canceled unilaterally. think carefully about whether you want to contact such a seller.

On April 30, 2024, a bicycle was ordered (thank God without prepayment). We agreed on delivery for the evening of May 2. At about 20:00 on May 2, I called myself to clarify whether there would be a delivery. The seller replied that the car had broken down and there might be a delivery. If it doesn't work out, I will be contacted on May 3 in the morning. Well, it happens.
On May 3, the seller did not fulfill his promise and did not call. In the evening, around 18-00, I called myself and was assured that the bike would be brought. Since the opening time is stated to be 23-00, then at 22-50 I dialed the seller, but no one picked up the phone.
On May 4, at 9-30, I call the seller and they assure me that my order was delivered to my address on May 3 in the evening. I didn't see the bike, I didn't pay the money. The seller promised to clarify and call back. On the same day, at about 15:00, the seller's phones were unavailable.
What the seller will do next is no longer interesting to me at all.
The store proved to be extremely ugly towards its customer.
