Disgusting attitude towards visitors!!
We were placed in a spacious 6-bed room with a toilet and shower. The beds are comfortable, the bed linen is clean. But the towel smells very bad with an extraneous odor (as if oil was spilled on it), it was impossible to use.
There is a very strong smell of something unpleasant everywhere in the hostel (especially in the stairwell), the administrator sprays freshener, but this does not help.
When we checked in, we found that there was no kitchen in the hostel, there was no refrigerator and dishes, we asked to give us at least a spoon and a plate at one time to eat what we bought, and we were categorically refused, although there are spoons and plates for breakfast. About breakfast... it can hardly be called breakfast. An empty doughnut (stale and greasy), a cracker, jam, water, juice and a hot drink are served every day. It looks sparse and not at all tasty.
In our room there was no urn in the toilet, that is, hygiene items need to be taken out to the trash outside the room. The toilet handle was broken and several times we could not get out of the toilet.
There is a bar under the windows of the hostel, and there is a monstrous noise under the window all night. There is also a trash can under the windows, and it was unbearably loud from what was happening there. this noise woke us up all night.
But the most striking thing was at the departure. After the check-out, we left our things until 16:00, when we returned to pick them up, we sat down in a chair at the exit to wait for a taxi, and they began to kick us out. We decided to leave the hostel on the street, and sat down on a bench on the street by the road to wait for a taxi, after which the receptionist shouted at us through the window to leave. We were surprised and disappointed by this attitude. We didn't bother anyone and didn't see anything wrong with sitting on a vacant bench until the taxi arrived. It was very strange.
The receptionist is rude, unfriendly and unfriendly. The attitude is inhuman.
To begin with, the problems started from the moment we booked the room.
This is the first time I've met such boorish and unfriendly staff. This is not a cozy hostel.
The hostel has its own check-in and check-out hours check-in from 12:30-22:30 check-out from 02:00 -11:00 tomorrow
Our flight arrived in the evening not long before the end of arrival, by all accounts we were literally 10-15 minutes late. We asked to stay for 20 minutes or leave the keys at the reception for a comfortable check-in and overnight stay.
As a result, we were flatly refused.
Although the night was paid for. A long correspondence via booking a week before arrival did not give anything, they sent unsubscriptions and did not answer half of the questions at all. Including how, with such a check-in schedule, there is no way to check in late at night.
As a result, I had to call Italy at the reception, where a rude woman picked up the phone and literally answered with a shout and a scream. She didn't want to listen to anything at all and hung up the phone screaming....
I was stunned by such a service, but the money had already been paid. Therefore, we decided to look for an overnight stay elsewhere for the first night (and this is an additional expense and a spoiled impression and wasted nerves)!
When we arrived at the place, the first thing that horrified us was that for people with luggage we would have to carry it up a steep staircase and more than once, the reception is located on the second floor, there is also a coffee shop counter 2 in one. It takes you a while to realize that this is a reception.
We were met by two women who looked like gypsies, they looked angry and not friendly, which immediately caught our eye.
With paid breakfasts, we asked politely to assemble a lunch box for us because in 3 days we should have a very early flight to another country and we did not get to breakfast.
She didn't even talk, no, that's all !!!
Then we were dragged upstairs with a suitcase, up a steep spiral staircase for several more flights.
I want to note that there was not a soul in the hotel.
We asked, where are all the people? What was that look at ... It's like we asked something terrible. They say everyone is walking.
Next, the "cherry on the cake" we were escorted through old, shabby corridors, where some objects and broken furniture similar to a child's bed were lying around. When we approached the room and opened the door, we were horrified once again, we were met by a bunch of half-naked Indians who were drinking alcohol, and there was a wild stench in the room! They threw the keys at us, which eventually didn't work, they had to be changed. And the receptionist (maybe she's the hostess) just left.
I do not understand where such a rating of the hotel and such reviews come from, they definitely do not correspond.
To summarize:
- the hotel is shabby, old
- does not match the photos
- the breakfasts are bad
- you are not welcome there
-the staff is focused on their earnings
- I don't give a damn about tourists
