We visited this place for breakfast and were pleasantly impressed, despite some nuances.
The interior is impressive - everything is done with taste, in an elegant style. The atmosphere is calm and ideal for a leisurely pastime.
The menu is small, although the prices are clearly above average for this area of the city. We ordered cheesecakes, porridge, coffee and a croissant. There are no complaints about the quality of the dishes - everything was cooked perfectly.
The service left mixed feelings. The main disadvantage is the long wait. We waited about 20 minutes for the croissant, but eventually we refused it. The coffee arrived in the wrong volume, which was ordered. For an institution of this level, this is probably too much.
If you are looking for a place where you can sit quietly with a book or work, this is your option. However, if you are limited in time or looking for a budget place, it is better to look for an alternative.
Nice interior, lots of references to Gogol and his works. We tried borscht and Kiev cutlet with mashed potatoes, delicious, and most importantly satisfying! In my opinion, the price tag is above average. The service was good. Yes, the menu is small, I personally did not have enough variety, I wanted something else unusual and new, but I settled on a proven classic and was not mistaken. I liked the silence and the music in the hall, it sets me up for a rest and a nice conversation)
In general, I recommend you to visit.
It is certainly a very worthy place.
Deserves all five stars.
All three of the three items required for the restaurant are available.
1. Wonderful atmosphere and pleasant interior.
2. Impeccable service.
3. A small but very clear menu. Everyone will find something for themselves. At the same time, even famous dishes are obtained with a new, original taste.
Well done.
