Great company!
We ordered Fast Track Gold service for arrival and departure, as well as transfer to and from the hotel in a Mercedes V-class.
Upon arrival, representatives met right at the plane ramp, put them on a separate bus and took them to the terminal. A separate bus will be provided specifically when booking Fast Track Gold. Then we were immediately taken through passport and customs control, filled out all the necessary paperwork for us and waited with our luggage, after which the staff loaded our belongings on a trolley and handed us over to the driver in a luxury V-class Maybach minivan, who took us to the hotel.
In the opposite direction, everything was also clear and convenient. Exactly at the appointed time, the driver picked us up from the hotel and brought us to the airport, where employees were already waiting for us at the car door, who took our luggage and conducted us through all the procedures without queues, after which they placed us in the business lounge. We were also asked if we wanted to board the plane first or last.
After a while, the staff picked us up from the business lounge and took us to the plane on a separate bus-we were on board first, as we wanted.
I would like to mention the incredibly effective, polite and organized support via WhatsApp in Russian. All questions and clarifications were answered immediately, and also, if the company promised to contact us on a certain date to clarify some nuances, they were contacted without any reminders from our side.
I used the services for the second time, I will be in Egypt again-I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone! A great start and end to your vacation!

We recommend this company from the bottom of our hearts, strong professionals, everything is clear, promptly, answer all questions in Russian.
