If you want it to be hot, turn it off for everyone. The entire floor is centralised. Approx Okay, they put up with that as well. The booking site lists the pool as a convenience - let's go swimming with my sister. Some left-handed man who didn't even work at the hotel didn't let him enter the pool, allegedly divides his time between men and women. This has never happened in one country. Even in Dubai. Where the country is more conservative. I went to the reception to swear. At the reception, they apologised for this for a long time. It turned out that this man didn't let him into the pool. Not the hotel administration. No one knew about it at all supposedly. Today is another joke - three people in street shoes break into the room. Conduct an inventory of the property with guests. Not even 3 stars. Everything is old and so messed in everything. This hotel does not correspond to the declared stars at all. There are 1-2 stars at most. The service is terrible. It is a very ambiguous institution. Early check-in at 6 a.m. was allowed, good location, outwardly very pleasant building, courteous service, excellent hearty delicious breakfasts and a business lunch for 6 manats. But the rooms look pathetic and sad. It is impossible to breathe in the room, the window is smoky, the window is at arm's length from the wall of the neighboring building, the sun never hits, the furniture, bedding, mattresses are very tired. I would really like the owners to breathe a second life into this hotel. There is no question of any 5 stars, but I put 3 because of the attitude of the staff.
Great hotel. Attentive staff. Convenient location. There is a swimming pool, a cafe. From the comments-the sauna did not work, sometimes the air conditioner cooled the corridors very much.
