It is a very ambiguous institution. Early check-in at 6 a.m. was allowed, good location, outwardly very pleasant building, courteous service, excellent hearty delicious breakfasts and a business lunch for 6 manats. But the rooms look pathetic and sad. It is impossible to breathe in the room, the window is smoky, the window is at arm's length from the wall of the neighboring building, the sun never hits, the furniture, bedding, mattresses are very tired. I would really like the owners to breathe a second life into this hotel. There is no question of any 5 stars, but I put 3 because of the attitude of the staff.

Great hotel. Attentive staff. Convenient location. There is a swimming pool, a cafe. From the comments-the sauna did not work, sometimes the air conditioner cooled the corridors very much.

I assure all those who read the reviews - this is a lie -:The walls are made of cardboard in the truest sense. The locals take girls of easy virtue to this hotel and engage with them at night so that the walls shake. Yes, it's none of my business, but when they hit the walls, it also concerns me, we did not sleep all night, personal people did not respond to requests, so we turned to the hotel staff, who does not know any language except Azerbaijani. The staff couldn't do anything, although by law you can't make noise, you can't smoke in the room, which these "people" did, but at the reception they threw up their hands and said that this was not their job, and they couldn't move us. The most annoying thing is that on this day we had to take IELTS, so the result is appropriate, minus a year of preparation. After the exam at the check-out, we decided to figure it out, we waited almost 1.5 hours for the manager, although we promised 40 minutes. The result of the conversation, it's your own fault, you had to move out)))) and I'm blackmailing him, like, even though I asked for either a refund for the accommodation or an apology in writing, but I only got screams in response. Next, everything you read in the reviews is a lie. There is no bed, it's 4 mattresses stacked on top of each other The temperature is only general, because of something it is very cold, then very hot I repeat, there is no knowledge of any languages Breakfasts that are so much written about: 3 types of cold omelets, juice from a bag (maybe wrong, but similar), instant coffee! Tea is not bad, vegetables and fruits in Small quantities, sausage is all soy and so every day, for a hotel at 5!!!!! Stars, Clearly something is wrong, right?) The rooms have a shower room and all plumbing is completely in mold, hoods in clouds of dust and mosquitoes get into your room in droves through it! The first night I killed 8 mosquitoes. The window looks into the wall of the neighboring building so close that maybe not with my hand, but with my foot I would definitely reach it. The window is drafty, which is why the noise from the street can be heard immediately. The pillows are so high that you sleep as if sitting down. We have been cleaned 0 times. Sockets are located absolutely in random places, there are only two light bulbs in the room!!!! It's always dark there! Well, what are these 5 stars???!?!?!?

At the same time, the village was given a room in which a person already lived, and we waited until we were settled in another one, which was not cleaned. - In 5 days, the room has never been cleaned, despite the fact that no one is looking at the notification. - The bathrooms are very dirty - burnt sheets and towels - of all the staff, only one receptionist speaks English (keep this in mind if you have any problems, which you definitely will, because in this hotel someone is constantly smoking in the rooms, making noise in the middle of the night, or something is not working)

Unfortunately, this hotel is far from 5 stars, as it positions itself. The plumbing is all covered with rust and mold, the furniture is stripped, with cigarette marks. At the bottom of the pool, it looks like the floor has never been washed. The only thing that pleases is the good-natured Russian-speaking staff and a fairly affordable price. There are many restaurants and shops in this area, and the center of Aliyev is not far away
