Nice hotel. Our room was small (on the ground floor). but everything was necessary. Comfortable, clean. Parking in front of the hotel. There is video surveillance. But we parked the car in a secure parking lot nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is convenient. The center is two steps away. We will stop again. Thank you.

I have never met a more terrible and problematic "hotel" until today! We paid for the most expensive room for a day, because there is no such thing as an "early check-in" in this hotel! We immediately noticed that the guests arrive at night, but the receptionist immediately clarified that the room should be taken for a day. Okay. They clarified the availability of Parking. The "guarded parking" promised on the website and by phone is nothing more than roadsides along the street, which apparently by pure chance fall within the range of the surveillance camera. So...Promised check-in at night...The guests who arrived at the paid hotel were greeted by a locked gate and a sign with a phone number... After dialing the administrator, they heard the answer that there was no one on the spot, wait, hung up... I had to wait for a good 30 minutes!!! At night!!! Under the locked gate!!! The receptionist did not see anything terrible in such expectation, as she believes that their street is quiet, well lit by lanterns...The guests obviously will not share such tranquility... Upon arrival, the administration offered to take the car to the parking lot and bring it back to the paid guarded parking lot... Are these the 100 meters indicated on the website to the "closed paid parking"? In general, there was no desire to move into such a "homely cozy hotel" and there will not be any further. There is no question of reimbursing the money, the administration refused, offering a chic option to come to them again and feel once again all the delights of service and home comfort and referring to the fact that we did not warn in advance!!!! about our arrival, and, as it turned out, if we had been decent (in remembrance of the administration of this hotel) and warned at night from the train about our arrival, we would have been met by a free one!!!! transfer. Yes, another lie about a free transfer was easily checked on their website in the section "Services for an additional fee". It's strange, because they have a paid transfer. In general, I strongly advise you not to stay in a Glove if you do not want to spoil your mood and wait under the gate on a beautifully lit night street in a quiet area of the city! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
