The hotel is good, the rooms are clean, the view from the window was to the courtyard. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is very hearty and varied in buffet style.
Of the cons: there was no hot water in the room, I couldn't take a shower. And when I was evicted, they told me what I had to say. And I thought that before checking in, the staff should check everything themselves, especially since the room was cleaned.

We were at the hotel in December 2023. The hotel consists of three floors, on the ground floor there is a sauna with a VIP prefix (it is not clear why), probably because of the price of 10 thousand per hour and a minimum time of three hours. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor in the building. The interior of the hotel is beautifully decorated. The suite with two rooms for 25 thousand includes breakfast, a cosmetic set, slippers, bathrobes, a hairdryer, towels, a modest minibar, it's good that there is a kettle with a couple of tea bags and free water. In the shower, towels have been in need of updating for a long time, the plumbing is working properly, although the dirty and noisy exhaust fan periodically strained. The furniture is in good condition and the decoration does not look bad, although the quality of cleaning could be better. A large and wide balcony will be in demand in summer. It is not very convenient that the TV is located only in one room with a sofa. In the second room there is only a bed with a bedside table, a wardrobe and a mirror. The bed linen is good and it is pleasant to sleep. The main disadvantage of the hotel is the disgusting sound insulation. There was an event in the restaurant and it is not possible to sleep on the third floor. The morning breakfast at the restaurant is terrible too. Of the advantages, a good location, reception work, reservations and consultations are excellent thanks. There is nothing to say about the kitchen in the restaurant and the condition of the VIP bathhouse, since they were not. Stable three or near it. The price is overstated by five thousand.

There is no elevator. They are asked to pay upon arrival, but the documents for accommodation are provided upon departure. The quality of the Internet connection is terrible. Standard rooms do not have air conditioning. There is a cafe on the ground floor and noisy banquets every night. In general, I recommend it only if there is nowhere to live.

When checking in at the reception, the woman threatened not to take anyone to the room, as if I was a student who came to the hostel!
For a breakfast ticket, they ordered me to come to the reception desk in the morning! What prevents you from issuing this ticket at check-in!
When visiting the restaurant for breakfast in the morning, the chef-waiter slept lying on hotel chairs in the center of the hall!
Upon departure, as it should be, when handing over the room, I was answered at the reception “everything is fine, go”!

Only it looks beautiful. In fact, it is impossible to live. The sound insulation is at zero. You can hear absolutely all the neighbors and even how the door creaks on the floor below. The walls are cardboard!
It is especially impossible to be on holidays and banquets. The audibility from the restaurant is such that even on the third floor there is a feeling of full presence.
I highly recommend it. This is the first time I've seen such a noisy hotel. Probably mistakes or savings during construction. There are plenty of decent and quieter hotels nearby for the same price and with the opportunity to get a good night's sleep
